"Women are not small men" - yes!! Exactly.
Loads of information! I have lots highlighted and notes taken…if you’re a female athlete struggling with hormone changes, or just proper nutrition for adequate fueling in general this is a great read! But take the time to really soak in what the research shows you!
I'm so confused. Keto, Intermittent Fasting, now eating real food? As a serial over trainer who is probably chronically undernourished, I may give this a try. I swear, Stacey, if I gain weight I will lose my mind! Getting the "Next Level" book to fine tune what I need to do before I submit to this radical idea of eating regularly and often.
