Absolutely loved it!!!!

I absolutely love this story. At first I was thrown off and I was like why has the author made this woman his mate after what she did. But boy did the surprises kept coming to the very end. I will definitely be reading the next book because I knew Raven was his true mark lol. Let the fun begin….hmmm wonder what Raven will be?

loved the book!

I love this series and will continue it but you really need to do some kind of error checking. Times it distracted from the story. Lots of errors.

twist

Lots of detail… sometimes too much. I did some skimming thru dress descriptions and the mundane actions. Lots of grief and chips on shoulders. But overall a great read.

A repetion of the first book. Somehow Beckham acts a lot like Valen. While he had a different character in the previous book.

And why would Beckham and all the other dudes be so kind to the assasin of a good ruler before they found out she was innocent? And train the murderer to become a better fighter? It just doesn't make sense.

Also, why would Gwin not tell straight away she was innocent??

I just didn't find this book enjoyable to read.
