Xie Luan had always believed in science until one day, a meteorite smashed into his yard, forcing him to bind to a heroic world saving script. The worst thing was that the script didn’t even follow common sense.
Others become superheros while he became a super-nanny. So in his left hand was a “Cub Encyclopedia” and in the right, a small milk bottle to feed the small cub clinging onto his leg.
Today, Xie Luan is trying his best to save the world.
Step 4: Attack, but still their reaction and respect their wishes.
Step 5: Give them your everything, even if that everything is ten million.

Basically, fluff all the way through. Also, it not truly focusing on MC and ML romance. Rather, their romance is kind of subtle but THERE. Slow but SURELY.
And I’m so in love with all the cub at the nursery. All of them. So adorable so precious.
I love the cubs and the story even though theres some plot hole but the problem is im not really fan of 'i raised my own partner since they was a baby' trope, its feels like pseudo incest and grooming to me (IM SORRY for being too woke) I MEAN this novel already good without the romance plotlines and the romance plot feeling too forced and ruining the whole thing FOR ME

DNFed. The novel was heartwarming and there were chapters that almost brought me to tears, but I guess it was not enough for me to keep on reading it. It was also very slow-paced and the plot did not manage to capture my interest. Maybe, I'm just in the mood for something different and fast-paced. Gonna try reading it again if I'm in the mood for fluffy and heartwarming novels.
I wasn't sure how to rate this book. While I did enjoy it, I must admit that it's not the best-written novel out there. The world-building was lacking and the plot was not that exciting.
I wanted to read something light and cute, and this was a great choice at that moment. Fluffy cubs and cuteness overload were provided. Don't expect anything more from this novel.
3.5/5 not bad but kinda… dull? idk i took a break of a month inbetween to focus on my studies. i couldve continued reading but i honestly just didnt feel the need to bc it was quite boring. mostly brainless fluff with barely any plot and the actual plot is very rushed and glossed over. the fluffy scenes were spread onto so many different cubs that a lot of them just got completely forgotten. there was this one bunny-like cub at the start when there were only like 3-4 cubs in the house and it got mentioned like once since the start. in general it just felt like the author kept forgetting stuff n just bringing it up in a sentence 20 chapters later bc they remembered there was sum. also just way too many characters it got rly cluttered and i just didnt care anymore at some point.
mc and the love interest both felt flat. mc had these entire two lives going on but the one on his earth was never touched on except a mention bout it halfway through n then at the end when he i just dont think that was handled well whatsoever. also a lot of stuff is built up with the mc and never explored. why is he conveniently this reclusive artist n why is he so good with kids? also what about his drawing skills why were they even made out to be oh so good when he never draws outside of some mentions. love interest was even worse. he basically gets born n then gets together with the mc in under a year,,, wth? plus he is often times mentioned maybe once per chapter?? how tf did their relationship develop it felt so unnecessary and unnatural lol wouldve preferred it without the romance at that point albeit it would've been even more boring that way ig.
quite honestly not especially bad but just very dull and boring with below average characters and their relationships
Reading the synopsis, you can definitely expect cute, fluffy little buns/ cubs. Reading the book itself, you definitely got cute, fluffy little buns/ cubs. There's no human babies, by the way.
MC was a gentle and understanding caretaker for the cubs. He definitely has the golden fingers, with multiple aspects that are super OP/ out of the norm. So he greatly exceeds the locals' expectations.
There aren't many antagonistic characters per se. Mostly just treating the cubs really well. All the antagonists were mostly settled and kicked out of the novel within a handful of chapters. We just have recurring characters with good nature and treat cubs well.
I would say this novel is pretty unique in the sense that the ML was almost a side character. MC could get through almost all the hurdles and problems with his own power. ML only played a major role in the last arc. Even saw a translator note wondering what's the point of ML... When I first started the novel, I was even confused whether there were any ML.
While this story is definitely cute and fluffy (non-romantically), I feel that MC basically does not encounter any challenges. It feels a little... lacking. The romance aspect is minor and can be considered secondary. ML only revolves around MC so I would say the love he showers MC is pretty fluffy. MC basically scatters his love (romantic and platonic) everywhere.
The novel reminds one just how sweet the interaction with babies and preschoolers can be. So, caring for fluffy babies from many interstellar races is even sweeter as this novel demonstrates so well.
This is a very enjoyable short story that leaves out the standard rebirth and transmigration overused themes in favor of space travel to solve major world issues between baby feedings in this cub raising association. So, the plot is less predictable and refreshing.
The MC is a heartwarming baby magnet. His character is well defined and likable. A few secondary characters (babies) are clearly detailed. The other characters are less important to the plot and have little depth.
Technically, I give it a four-point five but I will round up it for today. I like the plot, solid storyline, and relationship development. Honestly, I stayed for the kids... especially the mermaid. Their reactions were flipping adorable!
