♦️♦️ONE ENTERTAINING JOURNEY♦️♦️ Leaping lizards lou! Marisa just dropped the bomb and lowered the boom blasting me clear out of the water with this incredibly fascinating tilt-her-world, oozing all the fervent facts, soggy noodle decisions and magical mayhem, wrapping this jewel up sleek, shiny and tight. Satisfaction is an understatement, this bad boy will bring you to your knees one second and lift you higher than the stars the next, searching for answers and coming up short, reaching deep for every ounce of strength in a fierce surge of determination, booting this jewel into the eye of the cyclone, kicking it into a frenzy with mind-blowing results, catapulting this sweet treat to new heights. The characters are complex, genuine and realistic with traits and qualities that balance and blend, with amazing depth and diversity and enough spice to add an extra kick to the mix. Throw in 100% on point realism, raising the stakes with such graphic scenarios that are so colorfully descriptive and vividly detailed its like you're living it with them instead of on the sidelines, feeling everything the characters feel. Remarkable job Marisa, thanks for sharing this awesome little gem with us.

Summary: This was a fascinating crossover between the Witch and shifter series.
The distrust between the witches and shifters was obvious during the first meting between Remi and Minna even with Remi’s brother Rham inter-seeding for them to trust each other. The slow building of trust was fostered by their common enemy Daniel.
Will they survive? Can they truly trust each other? Will they find a way to help Rham become the man he was born to be? Will the escape Daniel’s evil plans?
Events set in place before she was born. Remi is grieving the loss of her adopted mother, when she meets up again with a childhood friend and finds out her birth mother is still alive. Maybe. And the man she want to kill? Daniel reveals a plot so dastardly she can’t believe their parents and friend’s parents conceived of it. If Daniel dies Remi does also. But is he really telling the truth and does she have the strength to and hate enough to sacrifice herself for revenge? Remi has to go back to place that has brought her so much pain. But when she meets Meena things start to come together in the story. This is a story of pulling everything together before the final book, however since I started in the middle to end of the series it has answered a lot of questions for me, and I enjoyed it a lot. I and being pulled as the end comes near I can't wait for the next book but don't want they story to end either.
This is a great mix of witches and shifters. Well written this intriguing story pulls you in from the get go with its exciting and magical storyline. Remi is struggling with her powers and then finds out that she has to go back to her past which is still painful. Action packed, tons of adventure, intrigue, drama, danger and so emotional this is all coming to a close as we are set up for the final book in this incredible series.
And the crazy continues but with a twist. Remi, I think is starting to lose her mind because of her "gifts". I'm honestly confused with her lack of character development but it may lead to something in the next book. I'm still heartbroken from the last book and incredibly happy with the new developments
This is a great read. I loved the way the Broken Wand Academy series joins in this episode. IT managed to answer some question, while raising others. Remi did annoy me with her self pity, but Rahm was wonderful and Laith too. Action and adventure, plenty of intrigue and drama. I cannot wait for the next installment. I need a denouement!
Poor Remi!! Losing both mothers, losing her school, having a gift that is powerful but dangerous, and then finding out she has to return to the one place where all her pain came together and multiplied? Now she finds out all the ugly truths about her past, and she'll have to really work to get through this. The worst part of book six is having to wait 10 months for the next one!!!
Remi, Rahm & Laith are at the cottage. She has a vision from Isaak, about Dan Helm and a girl named Meena. Dan is still alive and is evidently bound to Remi. Isaak's ghost rescues her from Dan.
Action packed, exciting and heart racing adventure filled with witty and engaging charters, exciting twists and emotionally thrilling turns. A great read from beginning to end.
This may be a short book but it’s such a great continuation of both Remi and Mena story!! You get jaw dropping news in this one! I can’t wait to find out what happens next!!
So I honestly spent much of the time while reading this story mad at Remi... I mean, I understand her love for her adoptive mom but the excuses she made were just annoying. We seen alot of that in the previous story as well but she started redeeming herself half way thru and the last few chapters I felt I started seeing the Remi I loved before her Stockholm. And that last chapter, just wow. That took my mind for a spin. Bringing Meena in this book also put alot of things together about this world but also created some new questions. To me her presence showed us more of the background of Remi & Rham early childhood and what started to shape them into the characters we know now. But the ending... Again just wow. Speechless. I know the next read will be a whopper. I just hope the wait isn't long to see what happens next, and Laith reaction to the news.
Such a great combination of two great series! I love Broken Wand Academy so it was great to have that storyline continue here. Plus, I still find Remi super annoying, which made me even more grateful for Meena’s chapters. There was a lot of action here. But with one more book to go, there is still plenty of story left to tell. Especially with the bomb that was dropped.
