Hail was young, smart and gorgeous. He used his wits to find people the average Joe, or even the consummate professional, couldn't locate. He curries favor with a mafia capo and when he is tasked with locating his client's daughter, he's confident he can bring results. What he didn't count on was the way he would feel when he finally met Franky. She was beautiful and she drew him in like a moth to a flame. Laundering money for the criminal underworld, she was no stranger to the darkness of her city. She also knew why Hail had crossed her path. But when he proves to her that her father has nothing to do with why he's staying, their relationship blossomed into something neither of them could have expected.
And yet, they couldn't escape the clutches of the mafia forever. Tons of pain was to come and both of them had to learn to live without the other. But the past couldn't remain in the past for long. When Franky's life is in danger, there's only one man who can keep her safe. With Hail, Crimson Syn gave me an action-packed second chance romance I could really sink my teeth into.

Jack Hailey works for Frank Campesato and the Italian Mafia and Frank wants Jack to locate his daughter, Franky, whom he hasn't seen in 20 years.
When he locates Franky he finds himself falling for the beauty but he has a job to do and must decide if love is worth losing everything.
When Jack is forced to give up everything he finds a home and family with the Hellbound Lovers but when the past comes back again, he is once again forced to make decisions he never thought he'd have to make again.
This was such a great book and I enjoyed it from start to finish!
One thing I really liked about the book was that I was never really sure what was going to happen with a few of the twists! There was a few things I was definitely surprised about which I love!
I loved Jack and how he was successful in his role with the Mafia but still tried to keep a distance with them. That being said he took on the job Frank gave him with trying to locate his daughter not knowing how he would fall for her and risk everything.
Franky had a lot of attitude and I was really shocked at how she lived her life while trying to distance herself from her father. I was very surprised where she lived and how nobody had really "found" her before. Yet we soon learn how smart Franky is yet I still found her a little naïve with who she surrounded herself with.
I loved the chemistry between Franky and Jack once they got everything out in the open but there was a lot of hostility directed to Jack by a certain character and I knew that Jack was risking a lot by being with Franky because of the job he was given.
When everything imploded on Jack I was so mad but I loved how he ended up with Hellbound Lovers!
When everything moves ahead a few years I was surprised on what Franky received but it put her in a difficult position and I knew that Jack wasn't going to let anything happen to her, especially with their past. I understood why Franky was so mad and I would've been too but Jack lost a lot which she didn't seem to get right away.
There was so much tension between Jack and Franky with everything going on but her life was in danger and Jack had a job to do. There was so many family issues and it was interesting to see who was all working together and what each of them wanted.
There were two scenes back to back that were super intense and things definitely had me freaking a little bit about what was happening!
The end was totally awesome and although I was a little bit worried, I was definitely happy about how it all turned out!

HAIL: A Hellbound Lovers MC Romance (Prequel #3) by Crimson Syn is a fast moving, compelling, thrilling story with not only drama of the Mafia but also the Hellbound Lovers MC. Jack/Hail is a sexy smart young man with a rough past. He finds that he has a way of finding people and makes a good living as a tracker doing work for Frank Campesato who is the head of the Mafia. Jack's latest job given to him by Frank is he wants him to find his estranged daughter. Frankie hiding from her father for years is a successful business women who brokers with high profile men laundering money for them. When Jack locates her he is drawn to this beauty and doesn't inform Frank that he has found her, now Jack and Frankie begin a torrent love affair that turns violent and deadly, especially when her business partner tells her father where she is and that Jack was hiding the fact that he found her. Jack was beaten by her father and his men and told to leave her. as he knows that this is the only way to protect her . Now under her father's rule all that she had was taken from her and she finds she has to work for him. Broken and badly injured he is saved by Wolf, Pres. of the Hellbound Lovers MC and ends up becoming a valid member of the club known as Hail. When Frankie's father dies he leaves everything to her including her being named as the head of the Mafia family but her Uncle and half brother are not happy with his decision and they place a hit on her. Now four years later these two will come together when Hail learns of her fate, he informs the club that he has to protect the woman he never stopped loving: Now she is reunited with Hail as he informs her what happened when he disappeared and that he and his brothers will do all they can to protect her and help her leave all of this behind and start a new life with him.This was a fast paced romance story filled with passion, danger and violence. Another great prequel to the Hellbound Lovers MC series.

I really enjoyed Hail and Franky’s story! It was suspenseful and deliciously steamy. I definitely recommend adding this to your TBR list!

I just love this series. The author has done an amazing job of going back and giving us the stories on how the Hellbound Lovers MC got started and the couples that led us up to Wolf - the current Prez of the MC. This is the 3rd Prequel to the Hellbound Lovers series (which this reader thinks is a MUST READ series if you're an MC Romance lover like I am - That series starts with Wolf - give it a look see if you haven’t already).
In this prequel we get Hail and Franky’s story as well as how the connection with the Italian Cartel expanded. This is a well written story that is action packed, suspenseful and sexy hot. I hate to sound like a broken record but, you really need to grab up the prequels and the Hellbound Lovers MC Series - they are one of this readers Favorite MC Brotherhoods.

Hail is paid to track down the Italian Mafia princess. When he finds her, she’s his perfect girl, the take no shit Franky. I love that she knows how to play the game and get exactly what she wants and needs for her business. He instantly becomes taken with her, and decides to keep her secret. Then all hell breaks loose and they have to separate. Fast forward 4 years, and let the heat reignite, and these two find each other again.
Safe read, even though they separated there was no mention of anyone between that time. A dirty talking, spanking MC alpha, and his tough as nails Italian Mafia princess. The heat between these two was intense, as was their love for each other. Lots of action, an epilogue I loved and an hea.

Hail and Franky’s story is not an easy one. Their story is told in dual points of view years apart. These two have had hard and rough lives. These two create their lives to forget each other. But when Franky suffers a loss and even worse, inherits the life she never wanted, she needs to fight for her life. Hail has and always will be there to protect Franky. Their story is an emotional roller coaster and not for the faint of heart. It is quick to read but they will leave a mark on your heart.

Great book
A tracker, a mafia don, a princess that doesn't want to be found, a Mexican Cartel boss, motorcycle clubs, murder, mayhm, plenty of twists and turns, action, and romance, add in an evil sadistic brother, and a double dealing uncle, and you have one fantastic story filled with thoroughly enjoyable characters and an interesting storyline, well worth your time to read, it even comes with an HEA.

it's been 2 long Crimson Syn ... 2 long ... i check this author out over and over ... and will always return ... i am sorry it has been so long ... i have been checking out other authors ... there is just not enough time in the world .. i mean book life is just so busy ... move out of the way ... other chores, marriage, life ... i mean get the heck out of the way... lol!! so fun. great characters. fun setting. great cover. heck yeah, this author rocks!! well done.

The Hellbound Lovers MC Series by Crimson is my favorite. I'm always excited when there's another novel, novella or prequel added to HBL MC series. Hail and Franky's story did not disappoint. It was a suspenseful, easy read. The characters were a perfect pair whose sexual chemistry was out of this world.
I can't wait to read more into the story of the HBL MC & The Royal Bastards MC series. Both are excellent read and will not disappoint.

Hail tried 2 do the rt thing but it blew up in his face cause of a asshole but he will find a way 2 do what he sent out 2 do. It's really dad about shamrock. I sooooo want 2 find his book of possible and the fallen kings series. But after what happened in the past collided with the present cause of very bad people. But 1 way or another he's going 2 keep his word this x and do whatever it takes 2 have his future with her and with the help of good men.

I love, love, loved Franky’s sassiness I think she totally made the book. But then you weigh in the love that Hail has for her and it makes for a beautiful story with wonderful characters and amazing chemistry. There was not one point in this book that I was bored I was captivated the entire time! Sexy, steamy, action packed, intense and oh so good.

I really liked how this book tied into the Hellbound Lovers series, which I loved. We see some of the characters that we know and love and we get some background on new ones.
Hail will do anything to protect the woman he lives even if it means walking away. But fate is a fickle thing and when Hail finds out that his one time lover Frankie is in trouble he’ll stop at nothing to save her.

Oh this was exciting. It's a prequel to Hail, one of the original members of the MC. I love his dedication and protectiveness for Franky and how he just walked away. I don't want to give too much away but it's heartbreaking, passionate, sexy, and it's also about forgiving and doing what is right for you.

Fast paced action packed, steamy novella and I loved every second of it. The chemistry between Jail and Franky is off the charts hot! For a minute I held my breath as I it seemed Jack was killed, however I breathed easy when he got his happily ever after. I can't wait for more.

This prequel was another good peek into the beginnings of the Hellbound Lovers MC!

A lot going on in this book. At first It sounded more like a mafia book than an biker book. Hail was given a task by a mafia boss to find his daughter, but things change when he meets her. There is plenty of action, heat and danger. HEA.

Another good one from Crimson
I like how Crimson goes back in time and tells about the Hellbound Lovers back stories and how the group fits and comes together. If you are a fan of the HLMC then you won't want to !miss this one either.

Author Crimson Syn did a heck of a good job doing these novellas of The Originals, I love reading about how the Hellbound Lovers MC came about, they're ruthless just like their offsprings. Great job Author Crimson Syn on another awesome read.

Jack and Frankie's story is phenomenal.
Jack was paid by her father to find out her location.
He definitely didn't expect to fall in love.

Crimson has written a very good book and I enjoyed the story of Franky and Hail. This book is steamy and angsty. The couple is good.together. I have been reading a !it of.her books lately and will continue to do so. Start this story with the first prequel of the series, Ryder.
