This is very easy to read and broken down into short and concise chapters. The information provided is basic and does not go into any depth but is a good overview to get the basics of who ther Viking were, how they lived and where they travelled, traded, invaded and settled. This book covers all the basics simply, so it should be used only as a basis of knowledge much like reading a guide or brief overview. Still an enjoyable and interesting read.
