Absolutely Awesome Read, well written, great characters, Awesome story line, easy read to hold you on their journey, this genre might not be for everyone but its a really wonderful story cannot wait for more from this Author.

This is a boxset of books, Sweet, Paid and Wake. They are short instalove stories which mixes modern day love with folktales with a twist. I enjoyed all three stories. They are loosely connected but you don’t have to read one to understand the others. They’re all standalone stories.
Sweet (Hank and Greta)
Hank and Greta are high school sweethearts. They’ve graduated high school and want to bring their relationship out into the open. Hank has kept Greta a secret from his mom because she’s very controlling and he’s afraid she won’t approve of their relationship. Greta gets a job working in his mom’s bakery. Will Hank’s mom ever approve of them if she finds out about their relationship?
Paid (Pax and Calina)
Pax works for Calina’s dad. He meets Calina one day at the recording studio where he’s trying to clear the mice out of the studio. It’s instant attraction for them but Calina’s in a bad situation. She’s trying to get out from under her father’s controlling ways. Can Pax help her? Can they find happiness together?
Wake (Apollo and Rory)
Apollo and Rory met when Rory passes Apollo on the street on her way home from church. Apollo is out drumming up support for his group that fights social injustice. Rory stops to talk to him, and they hit it off. Can Rory go against the way she was raised to be with Apollo?

Sweet:
This was an interesting twist on Hansel and Gretel and I wasn't sure how I would like it but it turned out to be a good story. Greta and Hank are high school sweethearts who have been keeping a secret from his mom. These two are likable characters and are great for each other. This is a well written story and I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
Paid:
Paid is book two of the Once Upon a HEA series and is an insta love, short read with a sweet HEA. Calina and Pax are likable characters and are great for each other.
Wake:
Wake is a short story with a sleeping beauty twist. Instead of waking up from sleep Rory wakes from everything she has been taught and the beliefs she has all her life. This is an interesting story and I love the way Apollo fell for her the moment he saw her and that they both wake up together.

I love fairytales. They were what I escaped into as a grade schooler, middle schooler, and high schooler. I loved escaping into fairy and folk tales from all over the world. In whatever form they take.
These stories are a different take on some great fairy tales. I liked the twists they take. Especially the last story which touches on some relevant issues we're all facing today.
If you like/love fairytales as I do, this boxset is for you.

Poppy Parkes twist on fairytales

Once Upon a Happily Ever After: The Complete Collection by Poppy Parkes contains the three books SWEET, PAID and WAKE. Each book in the series is a reimagining of a different fairy tale/ folk tale. The author has done a really nice job taking this premise and putting her own spin on them with fast-paced, insta-love, drama and sweet sexiness all woven together. I enjoyed this series.

The first book is light and kinda sweet. High school sweethearts and all and then the next story got a little bit serious, daddy being overly protective and all and then the third book discusses something serious about our religious beliefs and the current issues on racism.
It all ended on a happily ever for our couples but the last book gives out a big messages — wake up.

This is a great boxset of short romances you don't want to miss out on! I enjoyed reading all the books in this collection. All the stories are entertaining and fun. With some plot twists along the way, the stories kept me on the edge of my seat anxiously turning the pages to find out what happens next. This is a wonderful collection so don't miss out!

These three books are super cute! Each books is a standalone but a character or two do come up in other ones. You get lots of steam but also drama and comedy and some "OH BOY!" moments. If you are looking for short and sweet books to read then I would highly recommend this collection to you!

These were great pieces!
What a fun group of tales each book was so entertaining I just love them. The books have humor and drama and with some splendid customers. The author has given the characters some great twists. I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this collection of stories about a modern day Prince Charming and his princess. Each story is about a young man who finds the love of his life and most face situations that make their love stronger. Great HEA in the end for all couples.

I loved this series the character’s are engaging and well developed with plenty of chemistry throughout the pages. The storylines were well developed.

These stories are sweet, almost sickeningly so sometimes, and a bit over-the-top. The couples are cute and some steam makes them more fun. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this collection.
