First I would like to say, Gomez knows her stuff. I began following her on her blog- which led me to this workbook. Amazing self-help tool that gives you the platform to identify, manage, and reflect on anxieties of all levels. Gomez' workbook really helped me to get to the root of even the slightest anxieties that without much consideration, may have been taking a toll on not only my emotional wellbeing, but my social & interpersonal life as well. Gomez backs her workbook with the most effective approaches, theories, and methods possible. Very organized approach that allows you to track and reflect as you take your journey towards self-awareness. Highly recommend this workbook!
