Obviously, it's a book for anyone who's not a PT and/or medical professional, so it's very basic. On pg 101 it says that rolling releases scar tissue, but this is sort of incorrect, at least in my understanding.
This book is a useful introduction to foam rolling. My main complaint is the pictures. For many of the muscle pictures, it was hard to tell what they were referring to. some arrows or something would help. Also, the pictures of the exercises were not always clear.
