Lots of nuggets!

Loved it, it's a book that teaches you the legal system and how laws are made and operate and various techniques of how to implement your arguments when making your brief or memos. Has a working paradigm models, ie, IRAC and others to have an overall analytical approach that will persuade if stuck to it. Very in depth, there's way to many nuggets you'll get from the book , its one you'll find digging through time and again. Very pleased and am impressed with the book!

A quick read, this book is a great way to increase your legal writing skills. There are other books in this genre that offer far more depth, but this is a great starting place for law students in their 1L year who want to stand out at the beginning of their writing class.

Excellent book for those even remotely interested in studying law. It breaks down almost exactly how some lawyers think and write. Highly recommend reading before heading to school!

Great resource

As a Suffolk law student I have found this quite useful for LPS (our legal writing class). The different breakdowns for legal writing were expertly explained.
