In the book Indispensable Church, pastor and author Chris Sonksen, writes how the church can become indispensable to their community and their world through acts of service. The church must go out of the four walls and serve people to get the light of Jesus out to the world.
This was a good book but there are many similar and better resources already published. I would recommend this book especially for those beginning to the journey of reaching their communities. I received a copy of this e-book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

A bunch of great ideas for being the church, and a real needed challenge to the complacency and mediocrity too common in churches. A challenge to Christian's who are self focused on preservation instead of obeying the master

Very easy to read book, teaches you about love and what you can do to make a difference in your community. Questions at the end of every chapter to help reflect on what you read and what to pray about.
