Raimo

Rate this book
What if your soulmate was an alien from another galaxy? Would you take a chance on love that’s out of this world? Will Diana, when Raimo comes to her aid at the cafe?
Raimo is one of a group of males born into a world where women no longer exist, but he knows there has to be someone for him—somewhere. Can he find his fated mate? After tons of research he finally feels her on a tiny blue and green planet on the other side of the universe in a completely different galaxy.
Diana wasn’t looking for love and never dreamed she had a fated mate. She was perfectly fine with her friends and quiet life in Tulsa—or so she tells herself before Raimo showed up. He was the excitement she needed in her life. The yin to her yang. The blueberry muffin to her cup of coffee.
Will Raimo tempt Diana to take a leap of faith and build a love that’s Written in the Stars?
This is book 4, the final book in the Written in the Stars series, a sci-fi romance novella series that can be read in any order but is more enjoyable when read in the order they’re written.

I'm from Louisiana. Currently trying to escape again ;) I love writing sweet romance stories with a bit of spice. I love to drive...with the music blasting and the bass thumping. I absolutely adore the Oregon coast. I like people but I'm shy...and then you get to know me and wish I'd shut up. If you think you've seen me on here under a different name, you have. I have a main page where I tried (not so successfully) to integrate all of my me's...and then there is my alter-ego who writes A LOT spicier. They're all me. I'm on my friends list, too. Confused? Yeah, me too. :D

Zander and the other Vauv’axians with him, Alex, Allister, and Raimo, had been born into a world that had no women after their women were killed long ago by their rivals from the planet Qhozux. But convinced there must be someone out there for them, he researched until he located his fated mate on a planet called Earth. He and others each had a target and they came to Earth to find their female with whom they would mate for life. But they had to convince her to willingly return to their planet.

As soon as Raimo landed and concealed his pod in the park, he was arrested and held for two days just because he was a stranger and was in the park during restricted hours. There had been disappearances and authorities were arresting anyone who didn’t live there. Released on the third day, he consulted his mental map and tracked Diana Torres to a café near her home. She was being harassed over a loan payment who had doubled the amount due when she was a day late making the weekly payment. Raimo approached, calling her by name and handing the thug the full payment. She asked if she knew him since he seemed to know her, and he told her she was his fated mate. Thinking this was a joke, she told him to prove it – and the kiss he gave her was like nothing she had ever experienced before! He told her he had travelled the entire universe to be with her. Still thinking he was joking, she told him to prove it – and he told her she would need to pack a bag if he was going to give her that proof. Uh, he was a stranger! Why should she trust him? And then he said, “I want you to come with me, but I won’t force you. It has to be your choice.” Oddly, she did trust him! Was she ready to fall in love with the nicest guy she could ever meet? Was this love really “written in the stars”?

This series is so excellent that you will want to read them all (and there is now a box set just released so that you CAN)! The dialog and interaction between the characters was outstanding, humorous, and enjoyable. Each one of the guys are absolute “keepers” you will fall in love with easily.

This was a sweet, insta-love-ish (with minimal chemistry and zero steam) short story about intergalactic soulmates. I must confess thinking it was weird that aliens would have English names, but at least Raimo sounded exotic. I really liked that Diana was trusting, brave, and kind, but we never found out why she was in debt to the scary guy. I especially loved that this story had zero angst and that Diana wasn't rude in the name of being sassy, and gave it an extra star as a reward for that.

I received a free copy of Raimo, but that did not affect my review.

This is a short story, book 4 in the series. It’s well written. Raimo is one of the 20 males left of his race. All the women are dead and the males are looking for their fated mates on earth. Raimo’s mate is a woman called Diana, she’s in a bad situation when raimo comes to her rescue, he then has to try and win her heart. This is a happily ever after guaranteed.

We finally find out what the problem was and who was threatening them. I enjoyed this book and it was nice catching up with the other couples. Poor Zander has still not learned. Raimo got it fast. Smart man! Dinah was lucky he got to her in time....
This book would be better understood if the series was read in order!!!

Great addition to the Sci-Fi/Paranormal Romance genre!

The writing draws you in and keeps you involved throughout the whole story, I found myself in love with not only the characters but also the world she created.

The attitudes toward the events that are happening make the story even richer and the characters more relatable.

I love that Raimo let her get a bag to take with her. He is the first one that seemed to take a little bit of time to explain things and let her prepare for the trip. I also love the reason behind why earth is not easy for them to get to and how that is checked.

The fourth book in the Written in the Stars series a well written short story that kept me turning pages. Raimo comes to Earth to get his mate, and promptly gets arrested for being in a park at the wrong time of day. When he gets out he comes to Diana's aid. I enjoyed seeing this story come together.
