Bravo to the rookie author on his first published work! I enjoyed the author's willingness to flout our collective desire for happy endings and in so doing perhaps give us a work of fiction that more faithfully mirrors the modern experience. The author's development as a writer is apparent as the book progresses, with the penultimate story - Depresso - the crowning achievement of the collection (in my view). I eagerly await more from O.W.!
