Reviewed 'Headmaster Taurin' by Ella Fields
Wow! That kind of escalated real quick into a steamy sexy forbidden little number! This took me down a path I never in my wildest dreams expected to be taken by this author! I didn’t know what to expect, we were given no blurb, no cover, it just landed on our kindles with a big enjoy!
I inhaled this! I needed more! I wanted to stay with these two a little bit longer. Now I’m left craving more!
Childhood sweethearts Rose and Cooper during their senior year of highschool on Peridot Island underwent their initiation into the secret ancient society which set them on an exploratory path neither of them expected but both accepted. If you've previously read 'Evil Love' by Ella you'll know firsthand what may be required of the participants. This initiation though went where I didn't expect it to go, leaving me burning in hell with how hot it all escalated. Cementing even more reasons to why I love this author so much!!

Oh my Taurin!! This was a quick sexy forbidden read that left you flipping the pages at warped speed while fanning yourself at the same time! If you’ve read Evil Love, then you’re going to be very happy with this book because you got much more than a glimpse this time of the one thing that was down right deliciously intriguing and oh so forbidden!!
High school Seniors Rose and Cooper have known for a while that they want to spend the rest of their lives together and nothing is going to get in the way of their future plans. Doing something out of their comfort for the greater good? Bring it. But with that one decision, will they be able to survive the aftermath? Or will it all go down in flames before something beautiful can start?
Even though this was a quick read, I loved how the story flowed and I secretly wanted more. It was sexy, addicting, passionate and we saw two people who’s friendship meant everything to them, grew more and more in love. I’m eagerly awaiting the next full length story in this series and unforgiven desire with the characters that she’s going to give us with the characters.

If you read Evil Love and wished Fern and Jude would have participated more in the debauchery of the secret society, this is the book for you! (If you haven't read it yet, don't worry! This can be read as a standalone novella.)
Rose and Cooper are hopelessly in love high school seniors initiating into an ancient society their parents belong to. They've been looking forward to the day they would be offered entry into this secret elite world for an entire year, and when it finally happens, it changes their lives and their relationship forever.
You guys! This story is FUCKING HOT!!! Like grab your partner, vibrator, or your fingers will have to do hot! LOL Ella threw us right into the action, and I appreciate her being thoughtful like that. That being said, I could have read an entire fleshed out book about these two characters, their experience in the society, and the evolution of their relationship. I seriously wish that story existed somewhere. I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Ella Fields is one of the best romance writers out there. She is known for the insane angst in her novels and the intense emotions she's able to rip out of us all. This book isn't going to give you that usual range, but if you want something short and deliciously steamy, look no further! Grab an extra pair of underwear for after, and get to reading!

At 18 years old, Perdita Harris a few months away from graduating high school, but her rebellious behavior has gotten her sent to the headmaster’s office yet again. Desperately needing someone to discipline her, she hopes Mr. Markham will be the one to offer a strong hand.
This was a naughty short story with just the right amount character development, emotion and hotness. The connection between Perdita and Mr. Markham is immediate with their furtive stares and deep desires. I liked Perdita for her conflicting innocence and rebellious nature. Of course, I’m ready to do whatever it takes to be sent to the headmaster.
Over His Knee is an age-gap taboo romance sure to sate a naughty school-girl fix. Ready for detention, sir.

In starting his senior year in high school, it isn’t the same for Jasper Darrow with the death of his twin brother. Though he is trying to get by, Jasper has become a shell of himself and is counting down the days he can end his misery. What he doesn’t expect is Kit Strong, a colorful, nerdy guy that embeds his way into Jasper’s heart.
In starting, I was expecting a sweet story but I didn’t anticipate the heavier theme of suicide. Given the short length of this story, the impact of Jasper’s feelings are felt and I was sucked into his dilemma. With a strong connection between Jasper and Kit, small promises begin to build upon a bigger commitment and Jasper learns how precious each moment can be.
For me, I liked the struggles both Jasper and Kit had to face with each doing so differently, and potentially with serious consequences. With someone like Kit, he was willing to give easily, but Jasper finds himself in the process, he is equally giving to Kit.
Ultimately, He Made Me Stay is a touching MM romance involving a heartbreaking topic. This story would appeal to those looking for a sweet story.

Stories of September is one of the best romance anthology I have ever read. The variety. The quality. The intensity. I just cannot choose a favourite! Each and every story was amazing. That's why I decided to put up a short review about each story so that you can understand how brilliant they are!

Did the temperature rise or is it Fiona Cole effect? Just For A Little While is a smoking hot and wickedly sexy romance with intense emotions . It was a passionate and forbidden romance between Economics professor Willem and his "niece" /student Arabella. Willem pushed all my buttons. Possessive. Mature. Alpha. Gorgeous. Drools and goosebumps all the way. Arabella is a sweet girl with dreams in her eyes and ambitions of travelling world in her heart. She is a bit reckless, a bit impulsive and always fearless to go after what she wants! They had this undeniable spark from the first meeting but they actually built a serious connection. It's risky. But they understand and need each other at a much deeper level. Just For A Little While packed powerful punches in a small package. And Fiona Cole didn't fail to make me fall in love and lust!

Headmaster Taurin by Ella Fields was so filthy and dirty! I cannot believe she actually went so darkly delicious. This is basically Rose and Cooper's story both of whom are going to part of Nigtingale, the powerful and mysterious society ruling from Peridot Island. They have been best friends and childhood sweethearts. But Nightingale has the tendency to delve into someone's darkest fantasy and use that to break them. Headmaster Taurin will play some wicked role in teaching his students but how? I loved Rose. This girl is so open and curious about her desires and choices. A firecracker. Cooper is so sexy , sweet and charming and from time to time deviant! Why didn't we have a headmaster like Taurin? Damn he is so fine and dominating and all kinds of delicious! Headmaster Taurin by Ella Fields was a sexy, filthy and sinful treat. Am I still blushing?

Fumbled Future by Meagan Brandy was a sweet and heartaching romance. Mia and Austin's second chance story gave me all the feels! Sometimes playful. Sometimes steamy. Sometimes adorable and cute. Mia is a sweet girl but her fire comes out to play from time to time. Specially when it comes to the love she thought she lost. Austin is just mouth watering hot. That boy has moves for sure! This story is set in the world of Fumbled Hearts and it was so amazing to meet the crew again. I love the cool vibe of this world so hard. Fumbled Future was abswoony, sexy and entertaining ride!

It was a sweet and adorable love story between two single parents. Autumn should stay away from Trent, the gorgeous owner of her son's school but he is ready to bring her defenses down. A lot of cuteness with some heat, it was a quick and easy read.

One line. I NEED MORE. Meghan Quinn unleashed her power to write witty, steamy, swoonworthy and angsty stories at full force. Ex baseball player Gunner has always wanted more from Lindsey but they somehow never connected at right time. Other than some unforgettable sex. Now they are face to face after years and Gunner wants to explore their sizzling hot chemistry for more but Lindsey has a cute little secret. Oh I love charming and hot Gunner. I love sweet and sassy Lindsey. And I love the feels! I am just imagining all the possibilities if it was a full length novel! One of my favourites in this collection.

Whenever these two authors come together, they always deliver something filthy and dark and absolutely stunning. When Brian entered the fortune teller's tent in carnival to kill some time, he didn't expect to find a fascinating girl behind the shadows. And he sure didn't expect to find her in his class next day. Theo is beautiful, mysterious and innocent with a fire inside. They want something forbidden because it feels so right. It was a sinful and depraved tale that will make you swoon and blush.

Perdita Harris wants to be the little good girl for her headmaster Mr. Markham. To be punished by him for being so disobedient and naughty. Jade West delivered her brand of depraved and debauched and I am shaking. She is going to make all your fantasies come true. Perdita's character really made me feel. She is a misunderstood, neglected and lonely girl with nothing but hate and chaos in her life. She needs a bit of love. And Mr. Markham is going to take care of her. The steamiest story in this Anthology..a little steamy treat!
☆Review of He Made Me Stay by K. Webster☆
This is the only MM romance in this Anthology and I am so glad K Webster did it. Because she is the queen of bringing same intensity of heat and angst in MM Romance. Jasper and Kit's heartbreaking story broke me and I cried like a baby. But the ending was so beautiful and hopeful. Jasper is drowning in darkness after accidental death of his twin brother and ready to give up. Then obnoxiously happy and cheerful and adorable Kit Strong invaded his life. Kit has own fights but he is always brightening someone else's days. I love both the boys with all my heart. The chemistry is fierce. The emotions were angsty and aching and the author just created a breathtaking love story. My favorite in this Anthology.

Amelia Wilde's ability to write kinky and emotional romance is surprising me every day. The Painter is a forbidden and super sexy romance between a troubled painter and his student. Erich has secrets and his heart is all messed up. He shouldn't claim Madeline but this sweet and sassy woman wants to submit. It has some connection with the series she is currently writing but you won't have trouble. Dark. Delicious. And dangerous. She has nailed it.
☆Dirty Little Secrets by Trilina Pucci
Well well Ms Trilina Pucci, don't you have a dirty plotting mind or what? This was definitely a surprise and this new adult romance set in the background of Hillcrest Academy is definitely heavier on the steam side. Sweet and cute Ava meets charming and gorgeous Jackson on the night of his initiation to prestigious rowing team of Hillcrest. It was an anonymous adventure of one night with sizzling hot chemistry. And then she meets Holt while visiting her aunt. He is one sexy boy as well. Now what will happen? It was definitely super edgy with panty melting hot moments!

Holey Moley!!! I just finished a dark, erotic, totally unexpected novella. The Nightingale is quite the secret society. I knew that the Headmaster was not all that he showed his students from a snippet in Evil Love. This story centers around Rose and Cooper, who are childhood sweethearts in their last year of high school.
I will say I was a little shocked at the beginning. Wasn’t sure that I wanted to continue, but I’m glad I did. And in the end, I did enjoy this sexy, sizzling, taboo read.

Well well well. This novella was a erotic and dark kind of treat. Having read Evil Love I knew beforehand that it centered around a secret society and here I got more from that world and it was so good.
The main couple is Rose and Cooper. They’ve know each since they were kids and now young and in love. The time has come to be initiated into the secret world only members know about. What they experience open up a whole new world but also unleash new sides and needs within themselves. Their story is filled with friendship, love and hidden desires.
Headmaster Taurin is a fabulous novella. I was right back into this universe like no time had passed since I read Evil Love. So hot and so entertaining. Can easily be read after Evil Love and there’s also a little cameo from certain characters. Now I’m waiting for the next full book in this fascinating series.

Holy hotness batman! This delicious little novella brought the heat. Arabella and Willem were so tantalizing mouthwatering. I loved Arabella’s feistiness and Will was just so damn hot. These two together brought the flames, their chemistry was just spectacular. I wish this were longer because I needed and wanted so much more.
Just for a Little While is a delectable forbidden, age-gap, and student-teacher romance that was *chef’s kiss* so good.

This new world unleashes dark desires within Rose and Cooper neither one of them knew they had. And boy when they give into those desires holy hell was it sizzling hot.
Headmaster Taurin took me right back to the Evil Love world which I very much enjoyed. This novella was hot, filthy and sexy. And it’s no question I need more of this addicting universe.

Falling at First Sight by Willow Winters - 5 Stars!
This was cute, steamy and sweet, Trent and Autumn? Woah. This may be a short story, However, this short story was absolutely perfect in every way and lacks for nothing. I devoured it. From the start, you could tell these two had chemistry. They were perfect for one another and the way the author weaved her magic and created a plot so captivating and sweet. It's no secret Willow Winters is one of my favorite authors and this book is a prime example on why. She can write just about anything and it is AMAZING. This gave me ALL THE FEELS! It is a glimpse into something to come next year and I am excited to see more!

Novellas are so hard. I love the quick fun pace, but then I get frustrated b/c the good ones just leave me wanting MORE.

Since Voyeur I've had a LOVE of professor/student books. This does not disappoint. That scene in his office. Fuck Yeah! The scene he said would happen, THAT is one of my biggest fantasies.

Um HELLO Erich. Now I want to re-read Richer Than Sin and go back to when she's in his closet looking at THE PAINTING! Holy hell.

Fiona Cole’s, For a Little While, is the BOMB. I was not expecting this. Truth? I was a little wary of the uncle age gap dirty talk kink trope. But holy hell this is a moving story. Full of charm and the feels and everything good. And he’s no asshole—thank god, so over assholes—he’s wonderful and she’s sweet and young and fearless. I read it straight through. In a sea of copycats, redeemable bullies and jerks, pushover heroines who crave derision, Fiona Cole has found her own voice, her own unique brand of filthy men to fall for.
