Callie and Brody. Nope. It's super obvious this is written by two authors. Since this is dual POV that would have been fine. They each obviously write from one of the character's POVs. However, they forgot to go back and make sure that what the opposite lead does and says in their section match up to what the other author would have them do. They don't bother. Callie's sections are okay. Whichever of them wrote Brody, omg just no. He's a 42 year man and just sounds so stupid in his head. He waxes poetic, says childish things, uses slang like "sorry, not sorry". It's sooo out of character for the man he is supposed to be. It was so bad that it was cringe worthy. I would have DNFed this book if it wasn't so short. I powered through but it was painful. Just skip this. I suffered so that you don't have to.

Pretty short novella with some tiny steam.
Callie is having a morning when she accidentally spills her coffee on Brody and well tries to clean but well ends up in a place she touches ;). I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Callie is at the coffee shop desperately awaiting her venti coffee when she notices the most handsome man she has ever seen, immediately she tells herself that he would never look at a curvy girl like her but she still can’t keep her eyes off him so when they both go for the same coffee she ends up knocking it all over him. Feeling embarrassed she makes a run for it. What she isn’t expecting is for him to be the newest employee at the architect firm she works for, not was she expecting him to bring her coffee. Their chemistry is off the charts as much as she tries to convince herself he would never want her when he could have his pick of women she can’t stop thinking about him but how will Callie feel when she finds out who he really is and has been lying to her, is this romance over before it’s even begin?
Brody has no problem attracting women and he hasn’t been a saint in that department but when his eyes fall upon Callie he feels everything change, in that one moment he knows his life being single is over, he has to claim his woman. But he’s the new owner of the architect company she is working for and he has let her think that he is just a new employee will she forgive him for his lies or had he lost his chance of having a life with Callie?
Cute, quick, steamy and safe. I loved both the main characters in this story and everything had a part to play in their story from the mean comments Callie overhears to when Brody confesses his deception. 4 🌟 read and I’m looking forward to more of this series.

Callie stops for coffee on her way to work one morning and a sexy man catches her eye. They stare at each other and when the barista calls out the coffee they both go for it. It end sup spills on the man and when she tries to dry him off she just gets more embarrassed and leaves. Brody asks that the gorgeous lady's coffee be made again and he plans to take it to her since they are going to the same place. He is just thankful his pants don't show the effect she had on him. He finds her when he arrives because she is the one to show him around. Callie can't believe her luck in the new guy being the guy she dumped coffee on. Sparks fly between them as she directs him where he'll be working. Soon Brody sees what Callie does in the office and how others see her. He doesn't approve of how she is treated and means to fixed that. Things heat up between them but will Brody's secret end things between them? Can they still be together?
This is an amazing story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Short story of Callie an over worked girl Friday at an architect firm. Brody Ash is the new CEO who pulls an undercover boss. They meet in the cafeteria where while both reaching for a coffee cup it spills on Brody. Later you see them giving each other glances then mean girls talk bad about Callie in the bathroom. Brody asks her to dinner and then back to his house for sex. All in the same day. Callie was very naive Brody’s mansion and but,redone clue her in that something’s not right. He confesses whole is and she leaves, sends her flowers and a note, she forgives him. Happy ever after with twins being delivered.
Making Brody a player added no value to the book nor did it figure in the storyline, ust made him sound douche. He could have been a regular guy who found Callie attractive.

Once you start, you will not want to put this book down until you finish! Ash pulls you in with his alpha tendencies, and keeps you rooting for him as he progresses from attraction to love all in one day. I particularly loved listening to his thoughts as he discovered the hold Callie has on his heart - the surprise, the heat, the possessiveness. And Callie, I loved watching her find her champion. Too sweet for her own good, with hidden talents, and a heart so big it needs protecting, Callie is the perfect compliment to Ash. Can't wait to see what comes next!

First things first: I love the cover of this book!
Extra hot is book one in the ‘’insta love hearts’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. Brody Ash is the new CEO of an architect company. In order to see his new staffs worth, he goes undercover. What he doesn’t expect is to meet a woman he can see a future with.
The chemistry between Callie and Brody is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Extra Hot was the perfect title for this story. Callie West's morning started as usual when she goes to get her coffee at the cafe in the building where she works. It takes a turn when she sees the sexiest man ever and ends up spilling her coffee on him. Embarrassed she rushes out of the cafe. Brody Ash is her new boss and the man she just spilled her coffee on. One look at Callie and he knows she is meant to be with him. Brody is determined to do whatever it take to convince her they belong together. If you like insta love, you will enjoy this sweet and steamy story.

I liked this story. It was short but interesting and entertaining. There are lots of feels for a short story. My favorite part is the coffee incident, I couldn't stop laughing and wincing in sympathy. That's totally something that would happen to me. Callie is amazing with all she does. Brody is awesome and sneaky. They fall for each other fast. Brody seems to be all-in first, but he gets Callie on board quickly. I loved their happy ever after and I recommend reading this book.

A fantastic short, fun and sexy read by two fantastic authors. This story is about Brody who bought his own company he pretended to be an employee and there’s Callie who accidentally ends up pouring hot coffee on Brody’s lap burning his crotch, it’s love at first burn lol. At the end of this book there is a recipe for Pineapple Cheese Balls yum, there’s a sneak peek of Open Doors Instalove Hearts 2 and there is a chapter of Alyx- Adorkable Love. I loved this story it’s a fantastic read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Brody has come into the office impersonating a new junior project hire to get a feel for the office and the people. Callie is hiding something also in that she is actually a really talented Jazz singer.

This was a very good book. Callista was the focal point of the office. She did her job and helped everyone else do their jobs too. All the while in return she might get a thank you or snotty gossips about her. Ash aka Brody wasn't going to tolerate that, since he was the new CEO things were going to change. This was funny. It started out hilarious with Callie meeting Brody and spilling hot coffee on him. I could picture the scene in my had and I was even blushing from embarrassment. I love how he is though and defends her and seeks her out. Even if he started out by not being truthful, their chemistry is undeniable.

Great book!
I love when a curvy girl gets the guy! Why? Because I feel like a lot of people feel like that wallflower at the party. Callie is such a good character, she's kind and helpful and just a little awkward. Ash is smitten the first time he sees her. The book needs some editing.

Short and basic
Such a short read was always going to be low on character and story development. But this book read like a first attempt of a writer desperate to invent new ways not to call a d*ck a d*ck . That led to them referring to a womans lips as "plump tissues". Neither sexy nor romantic. Just wasn't the fun quick hit I want a short story to be.

Cute and quick pick-me-up.
I think I read this in 30 minutes, so don't expect a rich plot. But if you're looking for a nice, fluffy romance read, this is definitely worth your time. The perfect book for a lunch break or to devour right before bed.

Didn't love, but said what it is
I didn't love it, but it said exactly what it was, so I gave it 3 stars rather than 2 to acknowledge that it is my own fault. Was too insta-love for me, overly written emotion and metaphors (couple missed edits, too).

I’m usually in for an over the top, insta-everything short story, but I did not like this one. I didn’t like the way it’s written and I certainly didn’t “feel” that spark between Callie and Brody. Nope, not for me.
