I didn't know there was a sequel to No-Bot: The Robot with no Bottom, but I spied it at our school's book fair. I wondered how writing and illustrating team Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet would make this different to the first book, where No-Bot loses his bottom. The solution? To make No-Bot's bott break and all his animal friends try to help him sort it out. This leads to a series of terrible but hilarious suggestions - a bottom made of cheese, a fish tank, a sofa, etc, until the best solution comes along. Children will enjoy the silliness of the book and the jokes, and adults can certainly join in on the laughs too.
