When Raven's eighteenth birthday comes and goes and no true marks appear, she is devastated. She barely has time to process her emotions before she is kidnapped. She has no idea what her captors want with her. She's not marked, and she doesn't have any special abilities.
After being beaten and thinking she is going to die, she suddenly finds herself rescued and away from that awful place. Her injuries are too much for her body, and she falls unconscious. When she wakes up, everything has changed. She is shocked to discover she is now bound to a powerful Prince. Soon after, she experiences a vision and discovers she is the seer mentioned in an ancient prophecy. Everything is moving too fast for Raven to process, especially the Prince who is more than happy to fast track their relationship.
Now it's up to her to see a future where they can succeed, and it's up to him to keep her safe until they do.

Storyline is different kinda than the other books but my word why is it she is always taking a bath. (85 mentions) Who cares 🤦🏻♀️ she is also always yawning and Adair’s takes her to bed and they don’t talk. Few editing errors. All the guys are alpha males.
This book is a bit more traumatizing and extra abuse. Deaths. Etc. Way more depressing at times but I loved the ending. Yes, it was a cliffhanger but it was hopeful.
True Mark doesn’t hit as well as mate.
No cursing and only kissing.
Quotes
“Not gonna happen, Raven. You’re it for me. And before you say it, no it’s not just because of the marks. Have a little faith in me that I know what I want.”
“Because he couldn’t ever take his eyes off you when you were around. And when you were around, he didn’t want to be anywhere near. It was this complicated dance. He wanted to be with you but knew he shouldn’t. I know the feeling well.”
“When a first-born is in a fury or close to it, the only person who can stand against him is another first-born.” He looked down at Raven. “Or their true mark.”
Not sure what to say about this one. I did enjoy the story line but I was also eager to get to the end... Raven was nothing like the other two girls who had strong character and resolve she was very weak and at some points I just wanted to stop reading because at some point you have to find the will to fight on or just give the heck up and too many times it seemed she was just going to lay down and die... There was also a lot of grammatical errors in this read which made it that much harder to finish it. Hoping Ryder's book will be a lot better especially since it's suppose to be the end of the nightmare they are all facing.
Book 3 was fantastic! I love the way that the pattern we see in this series (he finds his true mark, they bond etc...) is switched up a bit in this story. The power that Raven has is really cool, and I genuinely love her and Adaire together. All of your favorite characters are included in these books (such a great found family), so it's just a really good time. The bigger picture really starts to develop in book 3, and I can't wait to jump into book 4. *no language *closed-door *nit a paid review
So this girl is marked for a man that she is madly in love with destined to be with him and if they consummate their union the horrible demon man will leave her head and dreams accept evidently she’s more nervous about making love then the terrors in the night. Sorry, but stupid.
I am torn with this review… although I loved it there were parts that I could have done without. It is a me thing….as for the storyline and the ending well let’s just say that it’s going to be a great conclusion and Ryder is going to have to wait lol. I do t think patience is any of them strong suit lol.
As a fellow author I’m careful not to leave personal preference reviews. So please understand I don’t understand why this book was so long and nothing happened. She was kidnapped, saved, and kept changing clothes. Literally the whole book. Super disappointing until a random last page.
This whole series is so amazing! I love the possessive/protective men, their bond connections, each of their gifts and how they are working out how to use them together. Mostly, the swoony way these guys love their women is just amazing! I have so many heart eyes, but can’t write more because I need to dive straight into the next book!
So far I've read three of her books and have enjoyed every one of them. I couldn't give this one a five star because whoever proof read it for her didn't read the book. They got names wrong, sentence is wrong and out of order, really a sloppy job of editing. Other than that, brava!
oops read this one out of order. i like this series, there is lots of action in it and the true bond thing between the princes and their true mark is interesting. it is kinda the same with each prince. they are so intense and can go into a fury without their mark. there were some typos that bugged and sometimes it is a bit much but i liked it.
I love these books the stories and the plot is so unique. BUT the modern lingo ruins it . "Killer" " baby" she ran the bath, tons. It made the characters feel like valley girls rather than royalty.
Another heartfelt, wild adventure about the 1st born princes and their true marks. These men are so stubborn. I love how they all wait until they get married...
Love this series, the characters and storylines. If you love fantasy stories and clean HEA. Then you need to read this author. So get her books and leave your reviews.
Following all the characters in the story is refreshing- you get to know each ‘person’ as an individual- not a made up character in a book! Do I sound hooked on fantasy? Wow, you can immerse yourself in these books and hope to meet Zaria, Reid, Eva, Ameris, Darien, etc etc etc…
