This book is amazing for postpartum moms. I love working out and felt this book provides great exercises to do immediately postpartum that are appropriate and safe. To me, being told to just gradually increase walking for the 6 weeks wasn’t enough, but I know I can’t go right into my pre-birth workouts. This book provides a great guide for exercises to build a strong foundation before returning to normal exercise. It even includes chapter specifically for women who’ve had C-sections.
