A moving celebration of the Australian outback and the special connection between grandparent and grandchild.
Eve thought that living in the middle of nowhere was better than living anywhere else in the world...

I thought I grew up in the middle of nowhere (I think I used the "blink and you miss it" label). This wonderful tale of growing up in outback Australia makes my life busy by comparison. It is one of those tales that concentrates on the detail and finding something to be grateful for in every situation. It is also shows that sometimes as adults, we need to remember the joy of looking at the world through the eyes of a child. Joyful.
