Interesting read for those who want to learn
I am interested in learning macramé, so I got this book. I like that the author starts with what macramé is and goes over basic terminology, methods and materials. I also appreciated that each project was broken down into step by step directions. I took off one star because as a visual learner I needed more pictures, and the very few pictures there are are very small and hard to see. I found myself unsure of if I was doing the craft correctly. Overall, I did enjoy the book.

Awesome book on Macrame!!!
This is such a cool craft to do. I will definitely be trying it soon. I think the pot holders that are hanging are so pretty, and the wall art that people make are so pretty. I think this looks so fun and a classy craft to do. The book shows how to do the yarn or cords for the pieces. I will be attempting soon.

Don't get this book
Don't get this book if you want to learn macrame. Get this book if you want to see an example of confused unclear writing. Get this book if you want to see examples of bad copy and paste and poor translation. The author is not fluent in English. The proofreader, if there was one, does not speak English either.

Good
This book on macrame is pretty detailed and gives good instructions. I wish there were pictures showing how the knots will look when they are done correctly. Good descriptions of important macrame terms made the directions easy to follow.
