Very interesting short story. Had me on the edge of my seat. I thought the main character was genuinely distraught over this case. I think that money in law cases could be exactly like this case. What an ending!!
I was given an arc for my honest review.

I just finished reading Guilty by Tom Coleman. It was a quick, cute mystery story. King Alejandro’s daughter Cassie is murdered and her ex-boyfriend Federico is charged with her murder. He had been her stalker previously so everyone thinks he did this too. Adan Cebrian is doing his best to defend him, yet again but King Alejandro has his plans for Federico. Read this to see the story develop and come to its surprise ending.

I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. 4.5 stars for this story, mainly because it was just too short! A very quick and easy read that makes the reader want to know what really happened. Even though there is not much to go on, the reader knows that Frederico is telling the truth. The ending was a surprise/not surprise. The reader most likely has suspicions who is guilty, but only at the end do we learn the truth.
