Pieces of Love was disappointing. It was way too PG-13 for my taste. The stories were borderline boring and there was 1 1/2 sex scenes in the entire collection. If you blinked, you missed that half sex scene and it was very lack luster. The only two stories that actually held my attention were Falling Into You and Perfect Stranger. All of the other ones were meh at best.

Sweet and chill. Sometimes, it doesn't have to be all drama and steamy sex to be intense. Eacv story has its own dynamic so it makes each storyline distinctive.

Talented author
D. Rose is quickly becoming a favourite author of mine. In this collection, she really demonstrates just how well she’s able to flesh out characters and make them feel like real good people. And that’s not easy to do in a short story collection, I’m genuinely impressed!

Layered love stories
These stories are a tease lol. Little snacks and I'm left wanting a full meal. However the author had me invested in each little story, hoping I wasn't At the end. I also loved that these black characters were beautifully layered with diverse backgrounds and careers just like we are in real life. I was here for it all! My favorite story was the can't judge a book by it's cover couple. He was heavily tatted, but was studying to be a law student. She was a little wild and far from modest, but had a degree and did psychology research. Although these were bits size stories, the unexpected characters and plot lines kept me interested. If you like your love stories to get to the point, these are for you!

Wonderful Collection!
Yesssssss to the short stories!!!🙌🏾 D. Rose is one of my favorite authors and this collection is why! All of the stories were great! As much as I love full length books, these short stories gave me just enough. They all left me with a smile. I really enjoyed the last story, Dominique and Jordan, and the first story, Kiera & Adrian, was definitely my hands down favorite. That Adrian was sexy and sweet! This was a great collection of stories and I so enjoyed them.❤️

I loved this collection! The stories were short but felt so complete. I could see myself hanging out with all of these couples, and I love the instant connection and vibes. Even the ones who were already together, I felt like I'd already met them and knew everything there was to know about their love story. I will say that the last story was my least favorite, and I wasn't really feeling them. I felt that it was missing a little something, and maybe they needed a full fledged story. But other than that, great collection!

As I read each story I was once agin reminded of what an awesome storyteller Ms Rose is. All the stories were very enjoyable and awesome. I hope we hear more of Dominique and Jordan in the near future 🙏🏿

Great group of stories
This was a great group of short stories based on love, romance and of course SEX. All stories even though they were all were well written. Looking forward to D. Roses next release.

I liked all of the short stories in this collection. They were short, sweet, and straight to the point in which all roads lead to magnifying love.

Enjoy every story and they’re great reads
It’s not everyday you get to read a great set of short stories and I loved every short story they all told a different way to express how love could be or how love is.

All short but to the point
Each and every story I enjoyed. They were short but effective. Each of the hero and heroines found what they wanted and needed.

Cute stories
I usually don’t read short stories because they always leave me wanting more but I enjoyed this collection. Other than a few grammatical errors it was an easy read.
