Every woman needs to read this book!! I’m so grateful my new NP gave it to me. There is incredible research that is finally surfacing, and we all can benefit from this knowledge! Also, don’t wait years like me, and find a practitioner who will test all your hormones so you know what you are dealing with. It’s ok to switch providers if you aren’t getting anywhere. 🩷
This book is well researched and a lot of it really resonated with me. At times it felt too good to be true, and the sales driven tone made me a bit skeptical. Still, it’s a thought provoking read that raises important questions about women’s health and hormones.
As a woman in her 50s, I have been struggling with sleep issues, joint pain, stress response, and other issues related to menopause. My doctor shared this book with me to help explain how testosterone can make a huge difference when dealing with menopause symptoms. I found it extremely interesting and gave me lots to consider when choosing my health care moving forward.
