An awesome rendition of the Ant and the Grasshopper fable with a cool twist
I really enjoyed this rendition of the Ant and the Grasshopper story- encouraging us to see another point of view. The grasshoppers, while seemingly wasting time during the summer months entertaining the ants, were actually making life more enjoyable and were embracing what they are good at. The ants discovered, in the winter, that life was boring without the grasshopper’s entertainment and discovered it wasn’t as easy as it looked providing good entertainment. The ants and grasshoppers came up with a mutually beneficial agreement where the ants provided food in return for the grasshoppers songs and dances. When we recognize each other for our strengths and appreciate our differences, the world is a better place.
