Gladly “I Have Faith!” Do you have faith in what your senses tell you? What your eyes see, what your ears hear, and what you can touch? That’s the kind of faith Thomas had when he told the disciples who had seen Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. (John 20:25) This is sense knowledge faith. True faith is based on the Word of God. We don’t have to ask for it—it’s there for the taking! It comes from hearing the Word, understanding it, acting on it, and letting it become a part of you. Learn how to fight against the hindrances to revelation faith and the blessings that await you when you learn how to discern The Two Kinds of Faith .
The content of this book is very good. Challenging and profound truths, scripturally backed up throughout. However, It did feel rather fragmented to me though, with no real flow to it, therefore I found myself struggling to really connect with it, and extract as much as I probably should’ve done. 3.5 stars.
Loved it! I gained so much insight from this book. I absolutely love when a book speaks so clearly to my spirit. I recommend it for anyone who wants to take their faith to a new level!
I have heard many sermons on faith but in this book it not only shows you how to put faith into action but how to denounce what your senses are telling you and rely on the Word and what the Father says you Have through Jesus. I will read this again and have taken notes as a reminder throughout the day what Jesus' death and resurrection have given to me.
This book is a foundational teaching and instruction on faith. With a clear distinction on faith being based upon sense-knowledge versus faith upon the Word of God. The differences between determines the impact one will have on God's kingdom. It is an absolute must-read for anyone looking to grow in their faith and spiritual life.
