It had been a year since the woman Sax loved walked away. He'd thought Holly had been it for him, that he'd found something that would last a lifetime. But some things just weren't meant to be. After a year on the road, he returned to the Desert Rebels, ready to move on with his life without her...until she shows up...and with a baby. Excerpt "Which one of my brothers do I kill?" The coldness of his tone frightened me. He meant it. "I never cheated on you," I whispered hoarsely. A sob escaped me. "I love you." He pounded the pillow next to my head. "Enough," he snarled impatiently. "I don't want to hear that fucking lie out of your mouth again." Even as he growled the angry words, he kept his voice low. It wasn't a lie, but his tone revealed that he wouldn't believe that it was anything but. That he'd made up his mind, and he was too filled with hate and rage to contemplate any other possibility. Ava could very well be his, but telling him that wouldn't help at that moment. He was fueled by alcohol and another emotion that I hadn't seen in him before. A kind of desperation. "I loved you." Again in the past tense. His tortured whisper broke me. "I. Loved. You." His mouth moved against the side of my neck as he spoke, the feel of his firm lips causing little tingles down my spine. I felt his hands glide down the side of my barely clad body where he gripped my hips brutally hard. I remembered how good we were together. How every time we'd fucked, it had felt as if it were the first time all over again. The excitement, the intense ride to completion, had never waned between us. As the hard ridge of his cock rested against my pelvic bone, I thought how easy it would be for Sax to open his pants and just slip into me.

Coming soon! Book 3, Tank, in my The Biker Next Door series
I was happy with his turnaround, but ultimately Sax was a selfish asshole. He was borderline abusive. Holly’s decision may have been wrong, but his acting like she cheated/was intentionally with someone else, and not fucking RAPED, was bullshit. He was inconsiderate until the last 15% of the book.
CW: Rape; miscarriage; child abuse

I LOVE THIS SERIES! First I have to say Sax is not my favorite book. Sax's character is hard hearted, at least he is now. I understand why Holly left but she went about it all wrong. She should have been honest with Sax but instead she lied to him and crushed his heart. She never stopped loving Sax and Sax never stopped loving her. Holly and Sax are a great couple but Sax and Holly are still keeping secrets. The way Sax treats Holly now that she's back and with a baby is horrible. I hate when a female character gets treated like sh*t by her man and then she just rolls over and spreads her legs for him. Some of the things Sax says to Holly was so cruel I was hoping she didn't forgive him and take baby Ava and go. When Sax tells Holly his reason for not wanting kids it's a start to his healing. At times the excitement and suspense was intense and I couldn't read fast enough. I was always waiting to see what was gonna happen next, When the next attack would happen. I was constantly waiting for the ball to drop. Lol. At times I was laughing when the women got together and every time little Ava was mentioned it made me smile. I can't wait to find out what happens next. I highly recommend this series to everyone.
I am loving the Desert Rebels MC series, it has everything you’d want in an MC story. Jealous, scheming, lying club girls, chaos and drama, a loving, hot, sexy couple and a dedicated club of brothers. I absolutely loved Sax and Holly’s story ❤️❤️❤️ After being kidnapped and raped Holly breaks off her long term relationship with Sax fearing that her secret will come out and moves away. Now being back home again it’s hard to be around the man she stills loves. Sax, know for his love of playing the instrument he’s named after, pretends he’s not affected being around Holly again. It’s an awesome read learning how they begin their relationship again, they both have hurdles to get over so this time they can build a healthy, honest life together. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎
This is the one I have been waiting for, I mean I loved Demon, LD and Cole but there is just something about Sax that pulled at my heartstrings with his struggle and hurt when Holly left and he went Nomad for a year. Now they are both back and not alone and Sax wants answers, answers only Holly can really tell. That's not all, the Knights MC are back causing trouble and the Desert Rebels are at war.
I read this in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down.
I received a copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion
I have fallen, and fallen HARD, for the Desert Rebel MC series. I started with Cole & Raven's story and just kept on reading right on to Demon & Bobbie's story... But I have to say Sax and Billy's story is by far my favorite. I just finished it! All of the stories show strong family & friends relationships along with the hot and steamy romantic relationships. And the turmoil is the club goes through is drew me in. I find myself sad that I'm getting closer to the end of the series... Oh well, I guess I'll just have to do a reread!
Oh my gosh!!! This was a fantastic read. The hero was a real ahole to the heroine. Sometimes he was really mean to her. It would have been a five star read but I dropped one star because after the way the hero treated the heroine there was no and I mean none whatsoever groveling. Other than that it was a good read.
This is a Second Chance MC Romantic Suspense, and this is the fourth book in the Desert Rebels MC series. I have read the first three books in this series before picking up this book. I really love Sax and Holly, and they have showed up in some of the other books. I am so happy to get their story. Holly has gone through so much. I really loved the ending of this book.
Sax and Holly deserved this book - we deserved this book!! After a year away from each other, they finally collide with the same intensity they parted ways. Definitely recommend this book and author! The whole series is AMAZING!!!
Sax and Holly's book is filled with so many emotions. After a year of being nomad, Sax is ready to rejoin the fold. But with Holly being back they both have things they need to confront. This action is amazing and the drama is superb. I need more of this series.
This was a great addition to this series! Sax and Holly were great together until bad sh!t happened that tore them apart. There's loads of drama with a second chance at true love with a baby mixed in to the situation. Great read!
