Mike's a great storyteller and explainer. This book focuses on business principles, rather than real estate tactics. That doesn't mean you shouldn't read it, regardless of your real estate investing experience level.

I found this book really interesting but I'm not at a point in my various side-hustle-dreams to actually enact any of the ideas in the book so I'm setting it aside for now. I expect I'll pick it up again when I'm ready to level up.
