I literally learned nothing from this book. It was full of examples and nonsense. There was nothing of substance. At least it was short.

February 23, 2025A nice reminder to be present and live in the moment. The author shared how introducing mindfulness changed her life for the better.
I'm not gonna rate it since it's her experience and the advice that we should try being mindful too.

Nothing to this book, don't waste your time. Much better books on mindfulness out there with practical content and more depth to them.
