She straddled him slowly, still biting her lip, her hands on his shoulders. He held her hips tightly as he stared up at her.
“So beautiful,” he whispered, and she flushed prettily, like she always did from his compliments. “You never need to hide from me.”

Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy fell in love during the war. One year later, they're heading home for the holidays so he can finally meet her parents. There's just one teeny little problem: her parents think they're both Muggles.
“Tell me you’ll always be mine.” She brushed her lips across his knuckles and placed his hand on her heart. He lowered his ear to her chest so he could hear it beating. “Always,” she vowed. There was no magic involved, but the word felt unbreakable.
Good fluff and smut! this is post engagement Dramione fanfiction mainly from Draco’s pov
The Malfoys, Draco and Hermione, was visiting Hermione’s parents for Christmas as Muggles. The Grangers have had their memories suppressed during the war and was severely traumatised. As anybody can imagine Draco and Hermione pretending to be a normal couple studying in university seemed impossible especially for Draco who wasnt familiar with Muggle culture or references. Confusion ensued from increasing interactions.
I also love the flashbacks of how Draco and Hermione fell in love while Draco decided to spy for the Order. The important memories and flashbacks showed the trouble they have and how they moved past it and became stronger as a couple.
The epilogue was just the cherry on top to garnish the end. I really enjoyed this
Good fluff and smut! This post-engagement fanfic is told mostly from Draco’s POV.
Draco and Hermione visit her parents for Christmas, keeping their recent engagement a secret. The Grangers have had their memories suppressed during the war after being traumatized so magic is strictly off-limits. Draco and Hermione pretend to be a normal couple studying at university but keeping their cover proves nearly impossible, especially for Draco who isn’t familiar with Muggle culture.
I thought this was extremely well written and loved the flashbacks of how Draco and Hermione fell in love when Draco decided to spy for the Order. The flashbacks showed how they moved past their history and became stronger as a couple. I absolutely adored the story of Hermione’s engagement ring and the fact that Narcissa finally came around. The winter setting was so cozy. Draco may be useless as a cook in the kitchen but he finds other ways to be useful. *Wink wink*
The fic was short, sweet and so incredibly cute. I loved the inclusion of the Grangers in this story and the flashbacks we got to see of Draco and Hermione. They were so perfect together and Draco's antics in the kitchen definitely has to be mentioned. I went through the story too fast to make note of any notable quotes, but there are certainly quite a few.
The story behind Lyra Malfoy's ring and how Narcissa slowly came around and became so supportive of Hermione and her parents was another highlight. The best scene, which definitely made me tear up, was Jean and Roger getting the chance to see Hermione and Draco's magical wedding. The grand gestures in this book are so grand that it brought a wide smile to my face. All in all, a wonderful Christmas-time story.
Rereading and finding this story is hitting all the high notes for me! I’m loving everything by raven_maiden. Updating my rating to 5 stars! ———— Lovely story! It was written in a back and forth time perspective with peeks into the most memorable life mislestones of Dramione. Plenty of butterfly moments, warmth, and family bonding. It is definitely 4+ stars!
