Yes! Yes!

I really enjoyed this book. The variety of recipes are easy to follow with mostly very basic ingredients. I will definitely be trying out the majority of these recipes. I highly recommend this book to individuals that are interested in improving their energy levels.

Short and very basic

Too short a guide, imprecise calories count, very basic. Could be a chapter of a broader book, with more recipes.
