Summertime With A Philly Thug
Isis is no longer interested in finding love. After her last relationship, left her in shambles and picking up the pieces of who she used to be, she swore of love in its entirety but that didn’t mean, her lady parts weren’t still weeping for attention. Attention that only the handsome, Azareal could give. With his gorgeous skin and beautiful eyes, Isis is captivated by the dominance that the man shows. Having to be in Philly for the next three months for work, Isis is thrown in a whirlwind affair that is going great until secrets come out that halt the two in there tracks. Stirring up pain and confusion, the two are left trying to glue back together what they didn’t break. Will Isis and Azareal survive the turmoil that neither of them created or will the summertime fling be just that.

Real was wrong for how he spoke to Isis. Isis didn’t play. I was hoping her God Sister would of came down and meet one of Real’s Friend.

Good Read
This standalone was really good. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters and I couldn't put it down. It was full of secrets with plenty of twist and turns. It all kept me wondering what's happening next. Azareal and Isis were meant for each other, their chemistry sparked from first sight and ignited from there. I love how their relationship blossomed and their loyalty to each other. Also, loved the relationship between Azareal and Ms. Lauren. Only drawback for me was the ending, I would've love more, some unanswered questions and seeing Ms. Lauren get her wish would've loved her reaction, but still a good read. Good job R. Michelle.

Possible Secrets!
Well Azareal was definitely right when he said God played a trick on him by giving him the opposite of what he asked for in his blessing, but a blessing is blessing no matter what. The first trickery I thought was when God allow their paths to crossed when there were secrets among them. Second when the secrets were revealed the love that was prevalent caused existing relationships to suffer . Even though these things happened Love made the situation better and that Philly summertime love corrected the mistakes and made everything beautiful. Great Read! ReneeG 👍

This was a sweet love story. I love how Azareal loves. Ms. Lauren my girl. I love how feisty Isis was, she reminded me of a young Ms. Lauren.
My favorite passage in this book:

Okae I see real
Man they want playing games at all! The second day he was up in it and spraying her walls for dear life! She was bound to pop up pregnant! Tay was on to her the first time he meet her and I wish real would of listened a little more that what he had! They both said some mean things but I’m glad that he finally went to her and apologized to her! Both dads out to get each other and their kids didn’t even know it! Miss Lauren is getting her grand baby after all and that’s great! I really wish I could see more of them

In My Feelings
The story right here had me feeling all kinds of ways. Some of these scenes had my body reacting like I was a part of the story.
Azareal and Isis were meant to be from the very beginning.
All types of secrets came out in the end, but I'm thankful it didn't destroy them and Ms. Lauren got her grandbaby. I'm was truly emotional with this one. I would have loved to here what Ms. Lauren had to say about the baby.

By far my favorite book couple of the city series and it would have been a 5 but the typos and lack of a and have me saying great 4. Isis and Az hit it off from hello and I loved the pace of the story. His mom and her mom where a hoot and added just enough to the story. I loved her realism and compassion. Isis was by far the best 'LL in the city series. On to the next one.

OMG..... This book gave me Life. I lovvvve Real and Is. Their chemistry was through the roof from the jump. I love how the back and forth banter between the two. He didn't care what came out his mouth and neither did she. Miss Lauren wasn't no better so Real got it honest. Real had me hotter than fish grease when he walked out on Isis. I glad he came to his senses.💜💜

Wow!
To say this story was great would be an understatement. Isis and Real fell in love in a crazy way. What are the chances of being hired to nurse someone’s mother back to health and you two end up making a family together? I love the way the chemistry between the two flowed, and especially love how Isis was able to fend off all the girls who thought they had a chance with Real. Great job R. Michelle!

Loved it!!!
I absolutely loved this one! I loved everything about Isis and Azareal they were just 🔥🔥🔥 together. I didn’t like that they had a connection unknown to them or the fact that it almost tore them apart but they came out together in the end and I’m pleased. And ooouuu weeeee the sex scenes were everythanggggggggg. I don’t know if I’ve read this authors work before but I most definitely will be checking her out‼️

Oh i love me some Azereal he treated Isis right since the day he met her. She is a jack of all trades. Thats crazy how his father did her father. I know she know where the money at cause of they secret code. Wish it was part 2.

R. Michelle did her thang with this book! I couldn't get enough of Isis and Azareal. The love interest was piqued from the start and it never stopped. I had a hard time putting this book down. Summertime in Philly was the best!

Isis and Azareal gave me life. Their story was wonderful. I couldn't believe that they were connected through their fathers and the tragedy that happened. I am just happy they he came to his senses and went after Isis. They deserve to be together and happy. Great Read

A bunch of freaks but fun read! The last part got a bit confusing to follow and at times the story seems to not flow but rather skips ahead and not really connect. I couldn’t really feel the connection or chemistry between Real and Isis.... but I guess maybe it’s just me
