A recipe for bread especially for beginners should not have 3 to 6 cups as the recipe.

You seriously think a newbie is going to recognize that they over did it and their bread is too dry in dough form? What the heck was this author and publisher thinking.

If you are serious about bread the first thing they tell you is weigh everything
This book uses cups. I bought it online and didn't know that is how they measured until I bought the book. Try another bread book.

An interesting intro to baking bread. There are a few decent looking recipes that I'm interested in trying out but it's concerning that there's no author or authors listed. It shows in the quality.
