Waiting for the next book can sometimes take you out of the story too far, but thankfully, this author was able to bring me right back effortlessly! This unique storyline combined with wonderful characters along with the subtle relationship with each tarot card is an experience I have been enjoying greatly! Of course there is more to this story to come still so I recommend grabbing an omnibus for an uninterrupted reading experience, I have to say, the wyverns Kreig is quite an enigma! All my reviews are always voluntarily written.

This latest episode in Kat’s adventures ties up a loose end that led to very dire consequences earlier in the series. Additionally, she seems to be regaining pieces of memories without truly regaining her entire past. Once again this episode leaves its readers with new questions to ponder and anticipation for the next episode for answers. If you have followed this series from the beginning this is a must read.

Things are heating up, as we get closer and closer to the end of this series. Pieces are fitting into place, and it's getting seat gripping.
