Steve is a masterful storyteller, and his straightforward approach to leadership and human resources makes him a must-read for new and seasoned HR pros alike. Really enjoyed his first book, too. Check them both out!

HR Rising is a book filled with simple real life experiences that display HR skills needed for work and everyday life. Steve Browne is down to earth and can create an A-ha moment where you would least expect it. This is a great read and a quick read that teaches invaluable skills and provides a great reminder of why HR professionals are needed and why we chose our field!
