All started thanks to my beloved grandfather! He used to read to my sister and me, stories of mighty princes and horrifying dragons! Even now, sometimes I miss those cold winters in front of the fireplace in my hometown, Texas!
My best stories though were the ones from the Bible! Such is the spiritual connection that a cozy warm pass through my body every time I hear a biblical story!
My childhood memories were not all roses, but I always knew that the strongest shelter would be always there for me! It was Him!
Years passed by, and little-Chloe grown up reading all kind of stories! It was no surprise that I had this urge to write my own stories, and share them with the word!
If I have a God's purpose on Earth, I think it is to spread His love and wisdom, through my stories!

ONE POWERFUL AND EMOTIONAL RIDE!!!
Outstanding! Chloe delivers all the redeeming traits and qualities flowing through with this impressive whirlwind, laying out all the frills, chills, fears, tears and a major fiasco, fusing this gem together flawlessly. Carrying the load and towing the line, imparting one pulse racing, heart pounding, adrenaline pumping, page flipping, block busting bombshell, keeping you riveted on a razors edge and frozen to your seat. Braided, bound and entangled, imparting the explosive ups and agonizing downs, grounding in it's simplicity and awe-inspiring in it's depth, drawing our characters closer than they could have ever imagined. Bumbling through the taxing trials and challenging tribulations, keeping pace with a slew of startling twists and wicked turns, putting our characters through their paces, testing them in ways they could have never anticipated. Dynamics and countenance in layer upon layer that you peel back with each page your drawn into this web so deep until everything else ceases to exist. Shenanigans, escapades and havoc run amuck, rousting the drama, anxiety, intrigue, animosity, turmoil, underlying threats, danger, mounting suspense and nerve racking situations, you have one jaw dropping experience. I enjoyed this book very much. This book pulls you quickly into the story. I enjoyed the pace of the book. There were several very emotional parts both happy and sad. I enjoyed the all of the characters. They were very well developed. I especially enjoyed the main characters, Amie Davidson and Josh Morgan. I enjoyed the relationship that developed between the two of them. Another very important character in the story is Reverend Frazier. Amie has lost her Father and Reverend Frazier is very much like a second Father to Amie. There was a letter that Josh carried around in his pocket that meant a lot to him. He had been orphaned young when his parents died. He had a letter that his Father had written to him prior to his death about what he thought of Josh and his Mother and his commitment to them. Josh would often tap it where he carried it in his pocket for moral courage. I like how the extended epilogue ends with the reading of the letter. It is very moving. Another well written book with no profanity and no sexually explicit dialogue. Just good storytelling. One of the things this Author is very good at is being able to move the reader into the story once the reader starts reading.

Chloe Carley's stories just keep getting better and better with each new book. The characters she develops grab your heartstrings and pull you into whatever plot she is developing in the current story. This story of Amie and Josh has interesting links that give this a fresh new storyline that I was hardly expecting, but enjoyed so very much. She is also very adept at creating villainous characters that are also easy to imagine and dislike (or hope for their redemption). A nice, fresh new story with a strong faith based message for the reader. Hard to put down, I didn't, once you start reading.

I really enjoyed this book with the tender relationship between Amie and the Reverand and later, as they extended God's grace towards Josh. I also enjoyed the way the town FINALLY pitched in and helped after the fire, though I was surprised it took them so long.
My only disappointment (a big one) was that I could not open the "Extended Epilogue" on my Paperwhite Kindle! :-( Did we ever find out about the old letter Josh kept dearly nearby??? And, are we sure Cara is OK??? And does Amie get any inheritance from her father's business transactions?
Overall, I recommend this clean sweet story.

Great Read
This was a great story of love and faith in God even in the worst of times. Josh lost his parents while very young and lost his faith until he met Amie. Amie lost her mother at a young age and her father was killed by a greedy man. The pastor at the church took her in & she helped him run the church shelter. To make ends meet and feed the families Amie took a job as barmaid at her father’s partner’s saloon. Josh was a deputy and met Amie at the saloon and sparks flew. A must read book.

A good Christian Historical book with love, loss and a happy ever after.
Amie's father is murdered and the pastor takes her in to help her and for her to help with the shelter.
She takes a job to contribute to the funds for food for those they are helping.
Josh is the new deputy in town. He falls in love with Amie almost at first sight, because of her sweetness and goodness.
A town that refuses to help them until the town busybody is won over.
A great book one you will not be sorry you purchased.

Good Wins Over Evil
I received an ARC of this book from the author, Chloe Carley, and this is my voluntary and honest review. I loved this heartwarming story of Amie and Josh who both lost their parents and had a hard life but found true love with each other with God's help. I highly recommend this book if you enjoy reading Christian historial books. The extended epilogue is one of the best I have read and is truly the perfect ending. The book cover is very appealing also.

Amazingly inspirational!
This unbelievably inspirational and beautiful story of finding courage and strength to face impossible odds was brilliantly written and crafted by a truly gifted author. This faith based story of love between two very different people who find themselves attracted to one another in spite of their differences was so beautifully designed that I couldn't put this book down, every moment of this amazing story will definitely touch your heart.

I really enjoyed this book. It had suspense and love put together. Aime was such a strong woman and faithful believer. Josh became a strong man and grew in his faith because of Aime and Pastor Frazier. This book showed what can happen when there is greed and little faith. When faith grows from two people to a a whole town anything is possible.

Aime Davison was the daughter of a man who left New York to help another man run the mines. Josh was brought to town as a deputy Sheriff. Aimee's father was killed in a mine accident which later in the book proves that it was murder. This is a story of greed and murder and intrigue. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill

Josh and Amie
They are the purest and strongest souls you could ever meet. I've admired them from the beginning. I loved how they bloomed as people together and how they overcame such adversities. It's an uplifting story!
