A Reverse Harem High School Bully Romance

I thought that I had it bad when the devils themselves were after me.

Caspian.
Asher.
Luca.
Parker.

Now they’re on my side, but making a deal with the devils hasn’t ever worked out well for anyone.
And I’m not sure how it’s going to work out for me.

Not when everyone else at Meyer’s Grove wants me gone.
No, not gone.
Just like my aunt and uncle, they want me dead.
Everyone except the devils.

The four boys I swore I would never trust?
Yeah, I can’t keep away from them.
Can’t keep my hands to myself.

I’m going to hell, but at least I’ll have good company.
And if I do make it out of Meyer’s Grove alive?
Then I’m going to burn down the whole damn town.

Cruel Devils is book one of a reverse harem, high school bully romance. It contains dark themes, cursing, and sexual situations.

Holy Horror Show!

Ok, here's the thing. I really enjoyed the 2 books especially this one. Lots of typos of the type that need a one word at a time proofreader, a spell check won't cut it because too many words were used wrongly although they are actual correctly spelled. But, I really liked Kiara. I didn't think she was wimpy at all. She was a rockstar as far as her revenge at her animal classmates' vicious stunts went & she had a lot of ballsy verbal comebacks to the crew of deviant and dangerous kids, as well as teachers & her evil aunt & uncle. I thought the plot was unique & clever. Yes, Kiara went from innocent virgin to insatiable need for her 4 guys right away; yes, the devils went from making her life hell to loving & wanting to protect her in a New York minute. But hey, even the most excellent & in-depth RH books ( it's my favorite genre & I've read almost 100) have a fantasy feeling to them. I mean, they're not the American classics like Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre & East of Eden, but who cares? Not supposed to be. For me, these books were a fun (& hot) way to escape the realism of covid. I enjoyed ..

Her devils.

I enjoyed this one, but I will say is one is kind of flawed in my opinion. I feel like there are too.many unanswered questions. Like unless I missed it where is the justice for Keria's parents?who murdered them? Was it Decker or the uncle? What happened to to Kira's uncle and aunt? Sophia and her friends. I will say the scenes between the boys and kiera was hot and intense.

Making a deal with Her Devils

Her Devils is the second book in the Devils of Meyer's Grove duet and is the continuing story of Kiera, Asher, Caspian, Luca and Parker. I am still on the fence about this story overall. I liked the RH and thought the author wrote some smoking hot sex scenes. But the teenage bully and angst part I was not a fan of. However, there are some twists and turns that you don't quite expect and which add to the darkness of this story-line. Her Devil's is well written and the conclusion was nicely done. Overall I did enjoy the series on some levels but there were some things that were just not for me personally. But don't let that stop you from picking this series and discovering a wonderful author who has a great writing and story- telling style.

Sigh

Nope. Nope. Nope.
These bully boys did no apologizing, just did a 180 and that was that. She fell into bed with them. No groveling. I a big fan of redemption from bullies and while they did the right thing in helping to protect her, they were still lacking in major ways. The plot is still there, but the story is lacking. I think there’s a reason most of these series are trilogies. You have to give the bullies time to make it up to the heroine and let her heal a bit before the final showdown.

Kiera finds out more about the way things work at Meyer’s Grove, but picking up from where book 1 finished, this time she has the help of her Devils. They’ve got a war on their hands and with more enemies than friends, Kiera knows that it’s not going to be easy but this young lady has grit and determination that they didn’t anticipate. This was a brilliant conclusion to the series, and I loved that there were only two books to read to complete the picture. Loved it.

What a conclusion To a fabulous story! I thought book one was full of suspense but this book took it to another level!! It was so action packed....i loved how the devils relationships grew with Kiera and how they protected her. Their chemistry was off the charts and that last sex scene.....wow!!! Im sure I'll be remembering this story for some time to come....it truly is brilliant. Thank you Mae, you have done it again....loved it!!

Absolutely Amazing!

This book has it all ... sexy guys, mystery and conflict, a strong, caring heroine, hot sex, surprises and more. Loved how protective they are with her and the feelings that they develop. So much intrigue and danger that it, along with the hot, sexy guys, kept me mesmerized! Great story and characters, so awesome and thrilling.
I cannot wait to read more from this talented author !

book 2 of the Meyer;s grove . can kiera really trust Caspian, Asher and luca and Parker after everything they did to her, and now pretend to be on her side when the rest of the school wants her dead. once again there is twist and turns , betrayal and we find out the answers to the question Kiera has been wanted to find out. i highly reccommend

Great ending

I really enjoyed this duet. The characters were great. The storyline kept me on my toes. The content was everything I could ask for.
The only thing that I see needing work is some of the typos. There were more places in this book than the one prior that left the reader to figure out what the actual word she intended to use should be. Luckily, it was pretty easy to tell in the context of these sentences.
Overall, I highly recommend this book.

I didn’t realize this was just a duet! So when I felt like it was wrapping up the story I was kind of disappointed. That being said it was a great ending to this action packed story. I won’t give any spoilers but this book gets pretty nasty. But I loved it! Can’t wait to read more from Mae in the future

Too clean too fast

Everything cleaned up too fast. It was all glossed over very quickly. Descent ending, I guess, but the whole story was lacking. Especially in the character department.
