Spirits within anthology

If you’re looking for a compilation of short stories with ghosts, specters and things that go bump in the night this anthology is perfect for you. Each author puts their own twist on ghostly encounters and make this an excellent read.

Drina - K.A. Morse
This story had so many twists and turns that I couldn’t stop reading. I really enjoyed the ending and think this would make an excellent story to tell around a fire at night.

Claimed - Samantha Bea
This is only the first four chapters in a book that hasn’t been released yet and I’m already hooked. I need more. I need to learn more about Adrienne and Samuel! I can’t wait.

Unwanted attachments - Stephanie Hassenplug
This story freaked me out. Mostly because I was home by myself and reading it late at night. This is definitely a ghosts story that can be retold.

Specter’s Inc - Jenee Robinson
This was by far my favorite story in this collection. I love how it was based around a group of ghost hunters, the FMC being psychmetric. I really enjoyed these characters and really hope that there is more in the future for them.

Making Friends - CL Thornton
I loved this short. Mainly because I love how badly Harper was pining for Jagger. I need a love story between the two of them now.

Necro - Alexis Taylor
I really loved this particular story and Alexis had to end it on “Find out soon”. What? I need to know about this mate business. I also kind of want uncle to kick some ass. Don’t do me like that. This needs to be a full length book and I need it ASAP!

Haunted kind of love - Evelyn Belle
This story gave me goosebumps and awesome is really the only way I can describe it.

Pretty well written anthology with some great ghost stories!! Even a partial HEA to end it! I’m not sure if Haunted Kind of Love or Necro was my favorite, which is pretty surprising considering I don’t like reverse harems and Necro is the beginning of one. The author wrote it well enough it kept me engaged and actually trying to look up if there’s a book that follows them later. (I couldn’t figure that out!)
Drina was definitely different than I expected but an overall good story line with a nice climatic ending.
Specters Inc and Making Friends both felt ended before they should have but were overall written well.
While I understand anthologies are short stories I don’t like when there’s only a couple chapters of a story stuck in it.

Wow! Each book within this anthology was amazing. A few had me a little creeped out but I still needed more.
Alexis Taylor book was incredible as always. I need the rest of that book like yesterday. She really does have a way of sucking you in from page one.
This was my first time reading a spirit type book and I was not disappointed!

Great collection of stories about ghosts and spirits!! All the authors did an amazing job bringing the creepy and I didn’t want to turn off the lights after reading! Each story was very unique and different that pulled you into their worlds. There is no way I could choose a favorite but if you love ghost stories then this is definitely a book for you! Love it! 🖤💜

Wow

What a great new anthology. All about ghosts and spirits. Some of these authors were new to me and did a wonderful job keeping me intrigued. K.A. Morse and Jenee Robinson are wonderful authors that I read and absolutely loved their stories. If your looking for some great ghost reads, this is a must read.

This book is full of short little ghost stories. All of them are very intriguing. From a ghost scorned saving another scorned woman, to my favorite of the series where a girl saves a young mans life from a ghoul that is killing him only to have her mates reject her. That one I’m keeping my eye on for more. Very good quick read.

These collection of ghost stories are such a great read:
Drina - Insert evil laugh, What a Fitting End!
Claimed - This story is a tease (I know, I know, I understand that's what is going on here), I really need more because it was such a good teaser. It sucked me in.
Unwanted Attachments - Yikes, this one was scary and I loved it!
Specter's Inc - Ok, this one was just mean - I wanted/needed the story to continue on. (I am a Ghost Adventure's fan too).
Making Friends - This one was haunting and sweet and tragic all wrapped in one neat little package.
Necro: Rejected Mates - I love me a good Bully/RH/Rejected Mates book, so yeah I was totally in on this one.

To sum it all up, I thoroughly recommend this book; especially if you enjoy reading about haunting's, love and lots of teasers.

My review is for Specter's inc by Jenee Robinson!
Such a good start to a book, the characters Ever, Luca, Atlas and Bastian go to an asylum on a job to hunt ghosts Ever (the main female character) has the gift of visions makes it so much more fascinating! They are in the asylum and spooky stuff starts to happen, it ends with to be continued when the real stuff starts to happen and Ever gets pulled into a vision! Which is annoying, how could you leave it like that Jenee?! 🙈
I am so excited to see what happens next not just with the haunted asylum but with Ever and the guys too as they are all attracted to her and her to them so i can't wait to see where that goes!

These are some of my favorite books but they leave you wanting more. Some of these stories left with cliffhanger endings. I need the whole thing.

Especially Jenée Robinson’ because that one ended right in the middle of the story.

Also K.A. Morse’s because I want to know what happened after especially with the hooker 😀🤫😘

Ohhh this was alternately creepy and interesting. I absolutely loved the stories. Each unique in their own way. Some you could tell ended, but some you could tell could have a follow on. Like Alexis Taylor’s Rejected Mates short that was fantastic, Or Specter’s Inc by Jenee Robinson also fantastic. All the stories had their moments and ups and downs. I loved this anthology.

If you are looking for a number or quick reads about ghostly things then this is a good book to grab without worrying if you have time to finish it.

Drina - a great end. A few confusing pieces but the idea is great and has a lovely turn of events in the end.

Claimed - well written and just enough to hook you to want to read the full book. The concept is very interesting and makes you want to dive in.

Unwanted Attachments - a good read, would have been nice to see if the ‘sensitivity’ is a family thing or how much does the family know about it. But it was a good idea. Was this something that is a normal every day thing for people to have. Left you a little wanting for information. If you like books that really let you decide what happens then this is the book for you. I don’t like books that just leave me hanging.

Specter’s Inc - is an intriguing idea. Sometimes was a little confusing as to how much time had passed and was a little hard to follow at times. It does crab you and leaves you wanting to read the rest.

Making Friends - is a great book because it combines humor with the creepy unknown as well as spies! It has a lot of favorites rolled into one that normally aren’t together. It makes you want to learn more. Everyone can connect to the main character and you can’t help but feel how real she is to our modern time and how she thinks and talks.

Necro: A Rejected Mates Prequel - I love this kind of world. Necromancers are always a fun idea and this world has it all. Will be very interesting to see how the rest of the books develop and to dive into this world.

Haunted Kind of Love - very interesting read. I almost thought the ghost was going to be seeing her as if she was a ghost too but not so much. It has a very nice ending almost wish she had said something to the old Johnson lady at the end since mostly like she had been in on the poisoning. Very well written and sucks you in easily.

Incomplete stories

Incomplete stories...I hate books like this...they say they are short stories...but really they are just tasters of the full stories that they hope you will buy ...only read first story...not bothering to read any more.
