Great recipe book that recovers an ancient tradition of cooking bread. The author explains clearly, illustrated and easy to follow the instructions for each type of bread, the process and consumption of which can be a source of delicious family moments.

Sourdough bread 🍞

I really enjoyed reading and using this cookbook! I love sour read and this book gives a great introduction to sourbread and it's nutritional benefits. The cookbook explores how bread is made, it's ingredients, and the different types of bread. The cookbook has a wide range of traditional and gluten-free recipes. I LOVED the illustrations of the food which is mouthwatering!! The recipes are hyperlinked and are easy to read, and clear to follow. Ideal for beginners and experienced chefs. Recommended!

Excellent source for sourdough baking

I am really impressed with this book. It gives very thorough instructions and has some amazing recipes. I had no idea that you could make gluten free sourdough items. It was well put together information that was very understandable. And again...amazing recipes.

This cookbook is full of a variety of different types of sourdough bread, rolls and pastries. The book also gives step by step information of how to make a starter and explains what sourdough bread is. Good and tasty recipes for al types of sourdough bread lovers.

An interesting book, it covers the basics, adds gluten free options, tarts and puff pastry ideas.

Explains the differences in starters, equipment needed, and baking techniques. Great recipes that will leave the baker inspired. Author also includes gluten free recipes.
