It's the nomad life for me. All my life, I've dreamed of packing up and traveling the world. And I've been making that happen. It's just my camper van, my pug and me. No one will nail down Buttercup Peters.Until Elvin. He makes me think of holding hands, kissing in front of a fireplace and sipping hot chocolate on Christmas morning. He makes me think of home, and not one on four wheels. He makes me think of forever. And when he crooks his finger, opens his arms and calls "Cuddle up, Buttercup," I might just launch myself right into him. But can I so easily say goodbye to my dreams for something that might be just a holiday fling?Elvin has roots and I have wings. I might settle in the shelter of his embrace for a while, but I know this can't last forever. Nothing ever does.
I very much enjoyed this one. It will be going on my top faves of 2020 list. The whole storyline was cute and original. The H was just as sweet and yummy as could be. What really got me was when he fell to his knees and then begged her not to leave him. That is one of my favorite things to read an H doing. It doesn't have any bedroom gymnastic scenes but it doesn't matter. That didn't take away from how good of a story this was. I'm loving this whole series and can't wait for more. I believe this is dual virgin, dual POV, no cheating or abuse, no OM/OW drama, epilogue at 2 years.
Buttercup is a YouTube blogger who chronicles her travel adventures in her conversation van with her dog Lucy. Caught in a snowstorm she decides to park in a park in Sweetville. Elvin is a part time deputy and seeing the parked van knocks on the door. When Buttercup opens the door he is instantly in love, he tells her she can’t park in the park after dark and has her follow him to his lodge. The lodge has not been open to the public since his grandparents retired, his parents didn’t want to run it, so his grandparents left it to him. He maintains it but hasn’t decided to open it up again. Buttercup loves it and has lots of ideas on opening it back up. The two have lots of chemistry and make out often, but she won’t sleep with him since she plans on leaving after Christmas. Elvin tries to convince her to stay and uses the town to convince her that Sweetville is a great place and he’s her perfect man. A lost little boy helps convince her to stay. They both confess their love and share the night off page. Cute epilogue two years later with Buttercup using the lodge’s mystery game night to reveal she’s pregnant.

Buttercup the traveling adventurer. Driving on the highway in the snow, not having any idea that by pulling off the main road with her dog Lucy, that both their lives would be changing. Elvin, doing his job knocks on a van's door to see why someone is parked off the highway never expected to find his one and only. Now that these two have met the new adventure will start.
This was just the cutest! Adorable storyline, lovely epilogue, likable characters. The h’s indecision is the only thing that I didn’t like but that’s just my preference not anything negative about the book.
– Dual pov – No info on romantic/sexual pasts of either (literally not a single word so you’re welcome to choose what you want) – Small age gap (30H/24h) – No cheating or OM/OW drama – HEA ending + epilogue
