“The boy with the golden arm grew into a golden god, sent to make me atone for the sins of our past.”

The last person Ivy Bane expected to be her new stepbrother was Levi Marsh, the boy she had lost her heart and virginity to at summer camp two years before. Though she had been young, her feelings for him were real. Unfortunately, he seemed to have regretted sleeping with her and no longer wrote letters to her after that summer when she had given herself to him.

Levi had never stopped caring for Ivy. Even though he never heard from her again after the summer when they lost their virginity, he had written her incessantly. He had worked hard to get over her but seeing her again proved that had not happened. So, rather than getting over her, he decided to do everything he could to get her back, and he couldn’t have been happier than when she finally would have him again.

Dark forces in their lives though don’t want them to be happy. Ivy and Levi would lose each other again and be forced apart for years. But, when work brings them back together in adulthood, Levi sees his chance to have his Ives back. He still loves her, so why shouldn’t they try to make it work? As life tries to rip them apart time and time again, will their love for each other be enough to keep them together?

Ivy and Levi’s journey was difficult for me to follow.
They might have had feelings fir each other since the age of 11, but their love didn’t convince me.
Levi was stating he was so in love with her but his actions didn’t quite support his emotions.

The story was lengthy and there were a lot of parts that my interest was minimised, it had drama and the ending was short and rushed.

I was very excited with the appearances of Connor and Lilith from the first book, and I am looking forward for Griffin’s story.

I can't believe that he saw a girl he supposedly was in love with, was thinking how to resolve their misunderstandings since he just found out she never got his letters, and the next second he fucks other girl. And then his supriced she doesn't want to be with him! COME ON... they already have issues involving them being stepsiblings and on top of that he fucks other girls while being mad that she doesn't want to be with him!

I was excited to read Levi and Ivy's story! We got glimpses in book 1 of this series, so it was nice to finally know what happened!

Nichole Green was able to flesh out their stories without seeming repetitive at all, and I got to relax and enjoy all the dramatic smuttyness. Levi and Ivy are best friends to lovers, and while their story is sweet it's also as sexy as you would expect from a Titan. Their banter and chemistry fly off the page, and you can see they deeply care about each other.

I really appreciated the time skip; it let the characters grow up a bit and mature, and I liked that the character whose parent was emotionally abusive is given a realistic amount of time and therapy to work on healing from this. Having everyone about to graduate college and start their careers was an exciting place, and it made the smut more enjoyable now that everyone's a bit older.

This is yet again a soap opera over-the-top smutfest and I devoured it just as fast as book one. I do think Connor's story wins out through his sheer arrogance, but I loved Levi and Ivy, and look forward to hearing Griff's story next.

I rated this one 3.5/5 stars but rounded up to 4!
This book is the sequel to Cold & Broken which followed Connor and Lilith’s story and in this book we get Levi and Ivy’s story. I was so excited to delve into this one because there was a lot of mystery behind their relationship from C&B so I was intrigued where this would go!
Levi and Ivy first meet when they are 11 years old at a sports summer camp and quickly become close friends. Throughout the years, they stay best friends and write letters back and forth to each other and even lose their virginity to each other one of the last years at camp. Eventually they lose touch and this story begins with Levi and Ivy finding out that they are step brother and sister now.
This book has just as much steaminess, sexual tension, and drama if not more as her first novel and I absolutely loved it! This was a forbidden romance that was sweet, sexy, fast-paced and addictive. I couldn’t put this book down and ended up binging this in less than a day because I just wanted to find out the ending. I loved that this story was drawn out over a longer timeline than a normal book and showed the characters at a few different ages so you could really get an idea of who the characters are and how their relationship continued to progress/mature. I also really appreciate the way Nichole writes her female characters because even though her males are typically written as possessive/alpha males, the female characters are always strong and successful on their own.
(Possible spoiler!!) I think my only real issue with this book is that while I was rooting for Levi and Ivy from the start, I definitely liked Levi more in C&B. Towards the end of Relentless in Part 2, I was not happy with some of the things Levi said or did and he didn’t ever have to apologize or be held accountable.
I’m definitely interested to see where Nichole takes the next book though and can’t wait to continue reading about the beloved Titan’s!
Thank you to the author for providing me with a free ARC in exchange for an honest review! This book releases on August 31st, 2020 so make sure to pre order your copy now! 😊

Another great read!

Nichole always managed to take you by surprise with her books because I thought this was going to be more of a fluffy read for Levi and Ivy because of their history.

Instead, there was a lot of heartbreak and intense moments, especially at the end there 👀 The reason why I’m not rating it 5 stars is because some parts felt rushed to me, as the first part of the book happens at the same time as Cold and Broken or before, I understand the need to catch up to where the first book left off.

Secondly, I was expecting Levi to be a lot more kind and nicer, his emotions gave me a little bit of whiplash as he was hot and cold at the same time. I did not enjoy the fact that he would often go back to his manwhore ways 😅 (but dw there is NO cheating in this book!!)

I’m excited to read the next 2 books and also seeing the new characters introduced here makes me so excited now that I know they have their own books!

Relentless tells the story of Levi and Ivy, giving us not only flashbacks into their childhood romance but a behind the scenes look at what happened with them during Cold & Broken (book 1). Of course, the story continues on from there and lets us see what lies in store for the star-crossed lovers.
This is another enjoyable steamy read from Nichole Greene! I'm already excited for the last of the Titans to find their someone...

that ending was perfect

Maybe one of the most incredibly perfect endings to a book I’ve ever read.

All the intense highs and lows of this book all worked up till that perfect moment and it will hang out rent free in my brain 🧠 for as long as it wants.

This is book two in the Titans series, and follows Levi and Ivy. I was so excited to read their story, since Levi was an instant favorite of mine in book one. He's so loveable even if he acts like the f**kboy. I was so intrigued by Ivy and Levi's relationship in book one, and knew this story would be good. Ivy and Levi met as young teens at an elite sports camp, and spent their summers together becoming best friends. Their last year at camp turns their relationship into something more, and they sleep together on Levi's birthday. And that was the last time Ivy heard from him. All their previous years were spent writing letters to each other, but now it's been radio silence for the past two years. Until the day Ivy walks into her mother's new husband's house and meets her new stepbrother- Levi. The tension and feelings are still there for both of them, but it's complicated now that they're sort of family. But Levi is determined to win her back, even if some dark forces in their lives don't want them to be happy. After being forced apart for years, Ivy and Levi are brought back together by work as adults. Levi still loves her, and this time he's not letting her go.

This book had just as much heat and tension and crazy twists as book one. And there's some characters you really can't help but hate. The things Ivy and Levi are put through are intense. I was rooting for them so hard. I loved that Ivy was strong and did what she had to do to take care of herself. And I loved how they both grew as people as they grew up. I liked that they both fought for their happiness and what they wanted. It was also nice to see them grow up and see all the characters as adults now. Overall, I loved this one and couldn't put it down. I'm super excited for the next books and the rest of the character's stories!

2.5/5 stars

There are some possible spoilers, so feel free not continuing if you do not want to read them.

I’m giving this book 2.5 stars, because first of all, I finished it and am going to read the next ones in the series (yeah, I’m that a masochist😂). But, this book seriously needs some checking. What I most hate is to find a lot of gramatical and orthographic mistakes. This takes my eyes out! It’s horrendous and makes the read so less enjoyable. Sorry, but I struggle with things like that, because there were repeated words or some of them without any meaning included in the phrases. Nope, I can’t with that! It makes me want to throw the Kindle somewhere far from me and that’s to tell something…

As for the story itself, before I started it I read some reviews that shared it was quite disappointing, but I decided to give it a chance. Well, sure enough I had to listen, but no and proceeded to go and decide for myself. Therefore, it’s a good thing I did it because I can give you my real thoughts about it and not only believe I wouldn’t have like it it.

I expected so much from Levi and Ivy being a second chance trope, but it was hard to finish at times. Firstly, because of all the mistakes I found inside it and secondly, the first 50% were so not needed. In my opinion, the author looked for sharing some feedback about the characters’ story, but she lost herself in it forgetting to make me feel as a reader and enjoy the ride. It wasn’t bad looking for the background and therefor, how everything changed and went down between Levi and Ivy. The problem is that it was rambled without necessity of every single moment they shared in the past. I think it could have been better if it was narrated as memories starting the story directly after they separated and not from high school. This part of the book was very boring and without meaning because in “Cold and Broken” we already saw glimpses of them and their possible connection. It was tedious reading about it back and quite senseless.
The second part was a bit better, but not much more. Sure, they were cute but everything occurred fast and superficial. If the author tries to give us some drama, hell, write it well, please. It would have been better if we saw more struggle of Ivy growing up and healing after all the verbal abuse she suffered as also deeper focus on her mother and fine closure, not only that the family made the defamation lawsuit and ended just there.

I missed some more depth in the story as well didn’t need all the happy and made of rich kids moments. It was like a bad chick lit with some new adult/abuse trope.

As to finish my review, I actually don’t recommend the book because it was disappointing and very badly written.

I will admit I didn't like this book as much as the first one....although I loved levi and adored ivy there was just something missing.

As started above I loved Levi but I wish authors would stop manhoring there male leads, can we stop with the fucking their way through the female population ( eye roll ) it's so overused. And right now I would love for a hero to be not a virgin but also not a manwhore, does that make sense. Just give me a normal hero who doesn't work his way through so many girls to try to 'forget' the girl. It never works!!! As much as loved living his love for ivy was questionable at times.

Aored ivy especially in the first book, she was great, I still adored her in this book as stated above I just felt like something was missing and I don't even know what.

I was massively disappointed with the fact that I was hoping we would get a M/M book between Griff and Z ( don't know what put this in my head either ) but now it looks like griff with end up with Claire ( blah )

Let's hope we get a book for Z because I will so be there for that.

I was excited for this next installment. And got what I wanted in terms of more Con and Lily and how alpha he is with her. And I like Levi.

What I didn’t like was the story. Seemed to be a lot thrown in and a lot of drama. I also feel Ivy doesn’t fit fit in with the group so much. She doesn’t seem equal to how the others feel about each other.

I look forward to The next book though and who I think I will be together.

Thank you to Nichole Greene and Literary Bound Tours for my advanced copy of this title in exchange for my honest review.

Relentless tells the story of Ivy and Levi between three different time lines. We get to see the formative years, where the two went to the same summer camp, the years in between that paralleled the previous book of Connor and Lilith, and then three years later into their collective future (which I assume the third book in the series will continue in with Griffin's story).

For some reason, I tend to gravitate towards the second book in almost any given series. This series is no different. I adored Connor and Lilith, but there was something about Levi even in "Cold and Broken" that I was drawn to. And that was no different in this book. Levi was absolutely everything. There is just something about Nichole Greene's male love interests/leads. She has a knack for writing the most swoon-worthy guys and truly kick ass females. There is a usual formula in this type of contemporary romance that one could easily see done time and time again. But, Greene does it so well that it seems fresh and new each time. I will actively seek her books out in the future.

All my shameless gushing aside, let's get down to what this book was about. Ivy and Levi were destined to fail due to the fact that even though they knew each other and fell in love before their parents met, her mom and his dad still got married, leaving the two to coexist in the same house with virtually no supervision, while both of their hormones were rampant. Secrets were kept from both of them, leaving them to not stand a chance. But, they changed the whole story when their love was stronger than anything standing in their way.

Not only do we get a heavy dose of Ivy and Levi in this story, we get the welcomed embrace of Connor and Lilith from the previous books, as well as lots of Griffin and the possible romance to be had in the next book, which I cannot wait for.

ARC kindly provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

After reading Nightfall and The Havoc We Wreck last month, no book has been able to keep my attention enough to finish until I received Relentless and the story was so gripping from the first page that I couldn't put it down until I had read it.

The story follow Ivy and Levi and their story was sat up in Cold and Broken, but what is great is that we get four glimpses from their relationship which was amazing. We get how they met, her first year in Founder's Ridge, how their relationship evolve during the events of Cold and Broken and then what happens after the epilogue of Cold and Broken with them. It was a rollercoaster of emotions and both of them grew so much during the duration of the book. I am sorry that I am so vague, but the story was so great that I don't want to spoil anything.

I usually don't like the book about the best friend from the first book as I feel that they are more of an exposition device than a real character. Here Ivy has a very deep and emotional story that I could have never been able to guess from Cold and Broken. There were moments where I was so sure what was going to happen and every single time something else actually happened that I wasn't expecting.

The only thing I need right now is the next book in the series, because I need to know more about all of these characters.

Ivy and Levi! Finnnnaaaalllllyyyyyyy! I have been patiently waiting for this book ever since I finished Cold & Broken. I was dying to know more and read about there secretive relationship that we only got teasers about in book 1.

It was angsty, it was hot and Levi just knows how to make a girl swoooooooooon. When he's not being a giant manwhore that is. But his love for Ivy is so special and he makes his feeling towards her so obvious. He may have said a few hurtful words here and there (which made me want to slap him) but it all stems from his true feelings towards Ivy and how much he has been hurting without her.

Ivy. In this book, we get to see more to her than we didn't get to see in the first book. Her mum is horrid and reading the things that were said to her and how she was treated, broke my heart. She is just bad bad bad.

A few shocking revelations here and there and we get to see plenty of Lilith and Connor. Oh and lets not forget, the mysterious Griff. This book brought out such a mixture of emotions. I laughed, I cried, I got angry, I jumped for joy!

I really enjoyed this book! Cold & Broken is still my top fav so far, but Levi and Ivy's story is still an incredibly enjoyable read. The ending is a bit of a cliffhanger! But a happy ending that left a huge smile on my face. I cannot wait for the next book!

This book slayed me! I came so close to throwing my e-reader across the room at one point it isn't even funny. You ever have one of those moments while reading where you just have to walk away from a book for a while, regroup, and then go back into it? Yeah, that was me while reading Relentless. Ivy and Levi had a perfect friends to lovers, to enemies to lovers. and back again whirlwind romance. I also loved seeing our old friends Connor and Lilith in this story. Trust me when I say you're going to love this addition to the Titans of Founder's Ridge series!

I was given an ARC of Relentless and this is my honest review

First I love how Nicole wrote this story in a way that it swirls into Cold and Broken's story and timeline.

Second, I loved how Levi and Ivy came together, meeting at a sport camp when they were 11. If you read Cold and Broken then you know that in the future Ivy's mom and Levi's dad marry and so they end up step siblings. This brings them into an uncomfortable situation. But Levi and Ivy have been soulmates from the start, and they fight for their relationship. The fight is messy at times, and takes years at other's, but once Ivy works on herself, they find each other again.

Nicole does a great job using this story to showcase the stress teens can feel when trying to meet their parents expectations, even though their own dreams are quite different. I connected deeply with Ivy when it came to her relationship with her mother.

This book is a page turner. I found myself waking in the middle of the night, wanting to read it.

Also to note that the editing was a lot better in this book!

Oh lord I love this series. However it is written a bit different which I love. So yes it can be read as a stand alone but it is really interconnected with book one. So it is broken into two parts. You get the back story of Ivy and Levi. So you get flashbacks which is great. However, you learn so much about Ivy and Levi. Like what troubles them, the bond they have, and more. You also get a bit of taboo as well. Yummy! Unfortunately we have someone who wants to ruin everything. Then you get part two which we fast forward and see where they are. You get more of Lilith and Conner as well in this book. You also get a glimpse of characters. I feel like I have been through the ringer with them. There are several things that are happening but it all ties together seamlessly. This story builds and leaves you with a noooooo moment that your like gah this is going to kill me if this doesn't happen. You will love all the characters of this series. I cannot wait for the next one.

I loved Ivy and Levi’s story.

“𝒯𝒽𝑒 𝒷𝑜𝓎 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝓁𝒹𝑒𝓃 𝒶𝓇𝓂 𝑔𝓇𝑒𝓌 𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑜 𝒶 𝑔𝑜𝓁𝒹𝑒𝓃 𝑔𝑜𝒹, 𝓈𝑒𝓃𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓂𝒶𝓀𝑒 𝓂𝑒 𝒶𝓉𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝒾𝓃𝓈 𝑜𝒻 𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓅𝒶𝓈𝓉.”

There is so much angst, and heartbreak between these two. Ivy did make me mad a few times with how she made Levi feel, but I know she was hurting. Ivy is a lot like myself, we internalize things and don’t bring things up that bother us. I’m the exact same way with my own family.

Levi is absolutely precious and I loved him, honestly he was a sweetheart and I usually don’t go for those, but with Levi I’ll make an exception. The steam was GOOD. Nichole Greene is a new to me author and I love her writing style, that’s a huge thing with me, if I don’t like the writing, I can’t read it. Her writing is so flawless and the story flows so well. There were definitely a few grammatical errors, but I didn’t feel like it took away from the story at all. I’ll definitely be picking up other books by her.

ESP ::

ENG ::

Connor and Lilith continue to be my favorite couple, but Griffin is my fav titan.

Levi & Ivy have an amazing history and I love all the angst and emotion it provides.
He’s really funny and she’s a warrior, getting over the emotional abuse from her mother, who I despise btw.

I’m still shipping Griffin and Claire! Dying to read about those two. Also, the novella is almost out! I hope we can solve the mystery behind the attacks toward the Volkovs.

so much other people s&x

The Ick Factor was high in this book it seemed like they had more s$x with other people then each other.
And the ending was so rushed like I get it. It’s a happily for now ending but still it was super rushed. The whole book just felt so disjointed and like there wasn’t a real connection between the two. I mean how many times during their two different separations did they have to re-emphasize how the main male character slept with entire cities worth of women. Especially while the main female character seem to have done things on the down low, but it wasn’t described like his history. And of course, both times especially the second time while they were apart in college he literally kept saying about how he knew he was always going to marry her and they were always going to be back together yet he still slept with a different woman basically every night. ICK. 😒

I absolutely loved Relentles by Nichole Greene! We met Levi and Ivy in Cold and Broken and this book focuses on their relationship and history. Levi and Ivy attend the same summer camp and start to build a friendship that turns into more. However they become step siblings which puts an end to their blooming relationship. Levi is a bit of a player but his feelings truly lie with Ivy. I really enjoyed the angst between the characters and felt that was well written along with a recap of their entire history prior to Cold and Broken to the future. I enjoyed both characters in the previous book and fell more in love with them in Relentless. We also get to see more of Connor and Lilith which is a win win for me. Relentless reminds me of all the things I loved about Cold and Broken but with a fresh story about new characters!

I was so excited to read the next novel in The Titans of Founder's Ridge. Greene has a unique way of building strong characters across the board. There's not one that is weak or needs to be carried by the others and it's so refreshing.
On to the story! UGH. Cue heartbreak, hope, and then the action. I knew what was coming because of the leads in book one. But then I had no idea what was coming at all. The forbidden love trope is soooo well done in this book. I love, love, loved the characters, and okay, I still have a slight obsession with Connor. It's fine. I'm fine.
At this point, I think I will always read anything Greene writes. Her dialogue keeps me laughing, she plays with my f'in emotions, and she heats up a room. Can I just like... get your grocery list? I bet it's written fabulously!

Can't anymore with this ... The guy is supposedly in love with her, she is his soulmate and yet he sleeps with other girls before becoming official and during their 3 year break up, he fucks his way through the city (!!). And why? Because he was heartbroken and he wanted to forget her.

I'm not saying he should have stayed celibate (although that would be great) but the exaggerated manwhoring ways are really overused.

So for me the characters development didn't work at all.

They also reunite super fast and of course all is forgotten. Ivy is not really bothered that he slept with so many other women and she accepts his "I'm clean" declaration, to have unprotected sex. Personally if I had known that my ex had every night a different girl, I wouldn't let him touch me, not have unprotected sex. But yes, I forgot they are soulmates...

Summer Camp, Writing Letters, Losing Innocence, Keeping Love

Can you find your soulmate at 11 years old? Maybe! Levi and Ivy are elite athletes who find each other in summer camp. Together they embark on a journey that takes them through their firsts. Still, they manage to lose each other until they end up living in the same house! Proximity should bring them closer, but it only pushes them apart. Their story is not nicely tied up in a bow. It is a messy story, and when you think they can catch a break, things fall apart over and over again. Con, Grif and Levi have complicated lives where they rule their school, but there are people looking to bring them down. Unfortunately for them, there are people who are willing to hurt the ones they love.

I had no idea how in love Levi was with Ivy till you read their story! He truly was relentless for Ivy!

Their history together is something that many people would only dream to have. Ivy has always loved Levi and vice versa but there was always someone trying to break them apart! I was so mad at Ivy for walking away because her dad and brother forced her hand, I was yelling at my kindle because Levi was begging her to stay! That was so hard to read, you just felt so raw and exposed after watching her walk away from a broken Levi.

I loved the action scenes that you got when they get kidnapped, I wish you could have seen the guys in action a little more but I loved it regardless.

If you love a little angst with your romance then this series is for you!
HEA and it does have some great steamy scenes!

After reading Cold and Broken, Connor and Lilith’s story, I couldn’t wait to read Levi and Ivy’s story. These two have such a long and complicated history, but they also a soulmate connection. Their story was filled with friendship, love, misunderstanding, heartbreak, and anger before the healing begins for these two. It’s definitely a roller coaster of emotions. I would’ve liked part 1 to have been shorter, and part 2 longer. I felt we got so much about from the time they met as kids until they were ripped apart at 18, but not as much when they reunited as adults. That part felt really rushed.
I was happy to see the others in the book and I’m excited for Griffin’s story! Also to see how Lilith and Connor move forward after what she said at the end of this book!
