Very approachable take on moving to a Keto food plan. Not a recipe book, it has a few suggestion kind of recipes at the back. It’s filled with suggestions on how to live your life and manage a Keto food plan. If you are starting out, a good read, if you are looking for a cookbook, this isn’t it.
