As well as being an evidence-based hypnotherapist since the late 1990s, principal of a leading hypnotherapy and hypnosis training school and creator of hundreds of hypnosis audio programmes, Adam Eason is a self-confessed hypnosis geek. He writes and broadcasts regularly on the subject through his blogs and podcasts and has lectured around the world on the subject. There are fewer times he is happier that with a research paper, text book or hypnosis study under his nose whilst sipping a strong coffee or a green tea.

His works include one of the bestselling books on self-hypnosis of all time and the highly rated "Hypnosis For Running" where he combines his other love of marathon running with evidence-based hypnosis, mental imagery, cognitive strategies and much more besides.

You have to listen to this audiobook for no other reason than the quality of the narration. The best I’ve heard by far. Craig Beck makes full use of his own hypnotic sales skills to convince you of his thesis.
The audiobook is short and poorly edited, but there is a small handful of useful information to be gained out of this. However, probably nothing you didn’t already know if you’ve read any of the mainstream “how to sell” references.
It’s great for a quick refresher, but there’s better material out there.
