Terry Mara and Noah Valentine had met some time ago while on vacation. They enjoyed a hookup and expected to not see each other again. During the time of their vacation, they also managed to save a boy’s life. When the vacation was over, both went their own way.

Now Terry is a resident doctor whose career is moving along just fine. Then out of the blue there is a lawsuit filed by the greedy parents of the boy that Terry and Noah had saved. Noah is in intense training to be an Olympic medalist and has no time for this frivolous lawsuit. But when they are forced to meet up again to defend against the lawsuit, they find their chemistry is still sizzling and this leaves Noah with some decisions he will have to make about his priorities and his future!

Giving up lifelong dreams is not an easy choice to make, but life happens and the roadblocks can force you to stop and rethink your direction. This book has a great story line and likable characters. Sometimes there are tough decisions and sometimes there are just things you do

In Too Deep is the sixth book in the Heart Lines series by Larissa de Silva. This is the story of Terry Mara and Noah Valentine. This is an intriguing story-line that asks some deep questions of the characters. It also makes you think about what you would do in certain situations.
I found this to be a nicely written and very fascinating story with a couple wonderful characters that have a lot of chemistry and a possible second chance if they can finally admit their feelings for each other. This is an enjoyable book to read.

A shared history with unexpected repercussions draws goal orientated and career minded, Terry and Noah, together. Neither can forget the fateful event that threw them together, nor can they seem to forget the connection they felt toward each other.
With unexpected steps to navigate and the draw of a promising relationship, Terry and Noah must navigate their way through dramas, concerns, fears, and the undeniable heat of mutual attraction.
This short story had everything it needed to draw me to experiencing the ups and downs of the situations, the emotions and the happily ever after.

Descent storyline

The storyline for this book has the potential to be very good. However there are quite a few flaws and how the characters are built up. They make the characters smart but extremely stupid on the most basic things. Then there's the fact that they keep writing the same repetitious words of I looked her up and down I looked him up and down I looked her up and down I looked him up and down over and over again. Also they make it seem like their characters are almost High School like when they're supposedly adults

An original storyline and I really liked that Terry and Noah had met a number of years earlier, had had a fling and thought that they would never see each other again when they get thrown together over the off-the-wall lawsuit that comes up out of the blue. The chemistry was electric and the book was well-written. A good book in every way!

An intriguing premise was the draw for me and I read this book because of it. The author used the ‘no good deed goes unpunished’ in this story very effectively. But it also draws the two main characters back together and created a wonderfully crafted story from it. I was entertained and I enjoyed reading this story. I must say that the parents were well written because they were unbelievable in their demands and complaints.

This was my first read from this author. It's a second chance romance between Noah and Terry. I loved the dual first person point of view, which is a deal breaker for me. It was a good story and I will definitely read more from this author in the future.

I loved everything about it - the characters, the plot, the emotion, the writing.
The author had a tremendous ability in telling the story that had me wanting this book to go on and on.

Good story in principal, but it didn't flow

Too much but not enough crammed into the story. The timeline didn't work, and would have loved some more details or basis for story.
