I am still completely obsessed!!!!!

R. Lee Smith continues to hold me by my throat with this series; this installment was i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e!!! I continue to be surprised by every twist and turn that this story takes.

Freddy: continues to be my absolute favorite. He is so, so funny! Along with so many other things about his character, I love every scene I get to read with him. I love him so much and am nervous how attached I have become.

Chica: sweet Chica is just amazing. Even though she continues to not be able to speak in the way that the others do, RLee has done such an incredible job with giving her so much personality. I love her character very much. She simultaneously is a total sweetheart that knows how to bust out her ruthless streak when needed.

Foxy: he has grown on me since Part 2 (Mike Schmidt and the Long Night). I really have a soft spot for him. I feel like he is severely misunderstood and the things that readers learn, is crucial to gain empathy and understanding for his character.

Bonnie: continues to be a cutie. And I did appreciate seeing his character evolve a bit through this installment.

Ana: she took me on a rollercoaster of emotions and reactions. I felt that RLee hit hard with the realism. Ana's character goes through a ton of emotional unpacking and I found myself chewing on the bitter parts trying to understand. Ultimately, RLee reminded me that facing hard truths aren't always this quick "aha!" moment...instead it's spiky, unfair, irrational, and emotionally charged. So, Ana's mental obstacle course that she bulldozed through, I really am so proud of her and enjoyed how Rlee depicted Ana facing those painful truths.

Overall: I felt like I could not put this down for long. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Dying to know what was going to happen next. I also admire RLee for having a moment in the vents, that legitimately creeped me out! With how this story ended, I am so excited to jump into the fourth installment New Faces, Old Bones!

I have no idea what Five Nights at Freddy's is to inspire this superb Fanfic - if it is half as good as this series, I will certainly have to investigate. This is a really thrilling book, which leaves you chomping at the bit to get to the next book. It is the best free read I can remember - highly recommended.
