First of all I read the mass market paperback edition although that edition is not listed on goodreads. Secondly I’m glad I checked it out of the library instead of buying it because it’s useless. Way too many ingredients that are not available in regular grocery stores.

Really excellent vegetarian bbq cookbook; I had taken every vegetarian bbq book the libraries in CA have, but honestly, they all sucked. This book is actually great and I want to make a lot of the recipes. Purchasing this cookbook. Yum!
So often vegan/vegetarian cookbooks are full of recipes calling for ingredients not found in the average kitchen. This one has some unique recipes, but all use easily sourced ingredients.
Good vegetarian and vegan recipes, but I can't say I was intrigued by too many of them. If you are starting out with this kind of cooking it may be more what you are looking for.
I enjoyed this book as I usually enjoy cookbooks. Some good ideas and combos. Plus some great presentations and pictures. Will look at more of her books and sites.
