The Lazy Motivation

Rate this book
The Lazy Motivation is not just another motivational book. It inspires you to question your situation and demand an answer. It is a journal for you where you can jot down your negative feelings, issues and try to find out a path for yourself. It questions your abilities and breaks down your problems one by one. It also explains how your thoughts mold your personality, and how that personality drives you to take action and determines the type of action you'll take. It is based on the concept that you should never be a sob story in front of others, no matter how you are feeling as this can complicate matters instead of resolving them and how to break down your problems in small parts. It also describes the MeTime as your own time; in which you can find all the answers easily.

Publisher-Evincepub Publishing
Format-Ebook
Year-2020
Rating-3/5

About the Book:
🍁 The Lazy Motivation is not just another motivational book but it’s more of a self assessment journal. It’s an interactive book where you literally have to jot down points to evaluate yourself which helps you gauge where you stand in life.
🍁It’s gives you insights on how to deal with breakups, life skills, stress management, dealing with insecurities, self love, self esteem etc.
I like the part where the author talks about
Eisenhower matrix which effectively teaches you time management by prioritising tasks.

Review:
🍁The author has made reasonably good efforts in making you believe that there is light at the end of every dark tunnel. Although I found redundant concepts in few places which could have been omitted.

🍁Overall it’s a good read for people who are keen on wanting to help themselves to overcome their failures. Rightly said by the author, ‘Motivation is a good antidote for laziness’.

The world is in a peril right now. The Pandemic has demotivated us greatly and The Lazy Motivation is exactly the kind of book that can help us regain our confidence. I believe something magical can happen when you read a good book.

This book will inspire you. It will help you in every way possible.  It deals with so many questions that arise in our minds.
This book will make you face your problems, it will make you ask yourself numerous questions and will guide you through them.

I personally feel that the author has done a wonderful job. He has provided all his theories in an organized way along with helpful journals and diagrams.

Although I am not a big fan of the cover but the actual content has really connected with me. And I think a little positivity can do us all some good.

Lazy Motivation:
As ironic as the title may sound, this book by Author Ramneet Singh Kalra is a must-have! I have completed in just 2 days, such lucid language, such as relatable subjects, and such a lovely book! I would love to go through it again and practice the sessions and activities described in the book! This is not another motivational or self-help book but is a journey to find yourself, to gather the courage to fight your worst fears, and to ease the complicated life. Topics such as Negativity and positivity, Rejection handling, how saying NO to others is acceptable, fear of abonnement, etc are examined with so much profundity and detail. The Chapter with dealt with Happiness was my favorite one! A consistent grin was available while perusing that one. I highly recommended reading this!

There are 16 chapters in this book covering some important topic like "Learn to Say No", "Happiness", "Self-love" and many more!
This book starts like a journal where you have to face the reality but with a positive mindset; It'll make you about those simple yet important questions we generally ignored!
Those 16 chapters, one by one will make you face your problem and find their solution at the same time.
The most important thing this book make us realize is Self-Love; to be graceful for what you have and what you are!

"Falling in love with yourself first doesn't make you vain or selfish. It makes you indestructible."

I got a chance to grab this book 2 weeks back and after reading it I definitely don’t feel lazy :)
It is a self help-book with a very simplistic writing style that can very well relate to even people who are not book worms. It shows how you can self-analyse your smallest of things and turn around things for yourself.

A good read and I recommend it 😊👍🏼
