Good text book and reference, but I think it's going to become a relic of school. The problem seems to be with the constantly evolving writing/copy industry. Styles and rules change. Most companies have their own style manuals derivative of something like the AP Style Manual; they also publish online.
So, I end up referencing what is the latest and what is updated more frequently--that would be any and every online style guide. You can't beat that kind of real-time info. with a relic, I mean a book. Sorry academia, just keepin’ it 100!
