Yes!
I finally bought this book because of a great interview I saw between himself (the author) and Cristy Whitman. This morning, I woke up, but I was awakened really by the need for great action ideas to act on. That's all. Ready to go, the vehicle is fuelled, I am always motivated, but now that I have read this, it is all set in stone for real. I'll simply say: Thanks. Yes. Wonderful. I say it in that ho'oponopono clearing way. In the tradition of:
I'm sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you

I've been doing a lot of shadow work recently and this book has been an amazing addition as I've been working on myself. Many of these techniques I had seen pieces of elsewhere but hadn't fully known how to use. It was great to have a concise book to read on these techniques. The exercises were quick as well as easy to do! I'll be reading more of Vitale's books as I continue my work on myself. Deeply grateful this book exists and I was able to get a hold of it to read! 💙

Worth a read
I watched “The Secret” on Netflix and then went into my mail and came across one from amazon, received on the same day, recommending this book at a very enticing discount. I don’t believe on coincidences so I figured I am meant to read this book.
Was definitely worth it. I recommended one of the tools to a friend and it worked like a charm. I was blown away.
Each tool has it’s place and I have no doubt that all are effective. Definitely worth a read.

Fabulous and insightful read
Loved this book as the different clearing techniques were exactly what I was hoping to discover. So simple, yet so profound. Highly recommend this book to those hoping to once and for all release what's holding them back so they can have a clear path to their biggest dreams.

Excellent with new stuff
I read LOA books and this one was wonderful. Learned new things. Would highly recommend to anyone who knows it's real and feels stuck. This will get you unstuck!
