It is very short summaru of main points from the BABOK, and it does not give you all knowladge. It could be nice second book of reading for study for exam. It is a little too long as it has very big and repeatin part of chapters without aditional information. The real examples are very generic, but it has so it makes it a little easier to understand than BABOK.
