There is only one word I can say, LEADERSHIP.
Every word and page in this book is so good that each insight you can get in order to build a company or people skill is completely sublime.

It is a good read. It is a little book but the words are so mature to understand. Very powerful book to read if you want to build your character and change yourself. Keep in mind these 7 traits, SROSIAC (Self-Esteem, Responsibility, Optimism, Steady, Imagination, Awareness, Creativity).

To end my review about this, I would like to write the final words of the book here,

"Attitude is the scale on which we balance our strengths and
limitations. Outside circumstances are less important in the long run than our inner view of our selves."

Attitude is everything and also having positive attitude is a charm. Build upon your character with EQ. When you have goodness in your heart, life never lets you down. It is going to be hard but once you reach your level, you will live forever by leaving being your legacy of the greatest significance.

A me-too-ish SH book, right from the title (inspired, obviously, from more successful books) to the content that's all over the place. The generic title is a ruse to draw in the gullible, who only discover upon buying the book that it's a very basic document on the do's and don'ts for a corporate career, and not the motivational read they were expecting. The author makes a super-lame effort to bring in some connection to the 'positive attitude' bit at the very end. Of course, its a case of 'too little, too late'. I am still going with 3-stars because some parts about succeeding professionally are genuinely on-the-mark. It's actually a tad mysterious that the publishers didn't market this as a corporate success book. Perhaps it would have helped find a bigger audience.

Essentially "Don't be sad, be glad! Don't be lazy, work hard! Don't be negative, be positive!" for like 100 pages. It's titled "The Power of a Positive Attitude" but tells you nothing about the power of positive attitude other than a two-page anecdotal intro. On that note, it gives little to no evidence about the actual merit of a lot of its advice. It tells you what you already know, tries to motivate you with lazy anecdotes, gives you unrelated data. Really, you come out of reading this book no more knowledgeable than when you came in. At most, you'd be a little more motivated after reading the whole barrage of repetitive change-your-perspective advice. There's a lot of better material on this topic elsewhere.

The full narration makes this audiobook even duller. Derivative of business gurus Peter Drucker, Anthony Robbins, and Brian Tracy, the book is full of cliches and trite expressions, posing as a primer for leaders looking for easy answers to common business problems. The text includes lots of simplistic do’s and don’ts with very little discussion and too few stories about the people who illustrate the principles in practice.

Not much to learn just some thoughts on how a positive attitude can affect you and the people around you.

The book is filled with examples and questions about yourself and after you answer those questions to yourself, Then you can look in which category you're in.

"The Power of a Positive Attitude" by Roger Fritz

🔷 Genre :
Self-help

This book, you will develop a better understanding of the effects of your attitude. Equally important, it will help you see more clearly how a positive attitude influences not only your performance but also results achieved by others around you. Why is this important?

Three reasons:
1st, Attitude affects how you look, what you say, and what you do.
2nd, It affects how you feel, both physically and mentally. And
3rd, it affects how successful you are in achieving your goals.
What could be more basic?

🍁 Attitude shows many things, but one of its most important and prominent reflections is your confidence.
Confidence, in turn, is determined by four factors:
1st, what limitations will you accept?
2nd, what choices do you make?
3rd, what will you learn from your mistakes and your successes? And
4th, who determines your growth rate?

🍁 Freedom lovers are those who, confronted with several options, don’t want to commit themselves to just one. They want their options always open. And dependents are people who trust others more than they trust themselves.A perfectionist may come from a family in which mistakes were criticized. A dependent could have been told they made bad decisions and finally stopped trying.

🍁 The life lesson is, don’t take your attitude for granted at anytime, at any age, in any place.

❤️ Attitude is the scale on which we balance our strengths and limitations. Outside circumstances are less important in the long run than our inner view of our selves.

☘️ This book is an outstanding practical book to show how a Positive Attitude can positively influence and enhance your personal life and professional life.

☘️It helps us to show how to be positive in every sitution and if you are facing any issue how to deal it with positivity. And how that positivity is going to affect you.

☘️While reading this you come across with so many awsome quote by well know personalities. One of my favourite among them is "All human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes."

☘️Also there are questionaire which help you to see where you stand when its comes to positivity and also let you know how to tackle that .

☘️I would really recommend this book for people who have low self-esteem,it will surely bring you a positive change in there mind and which will leads to positive change in there life

As far as good advice goes, this book is chock a block full of it.
AS far as you make the advice happen it's a bit thin.
Not good enough to tell people to be empathetic, tell them how that looks. Those who have no empathy, don't know what's missing and don't know how to be empathetic.
Not good enough to tell people to keep their head in a crisis and to suffer fools patiently. Tell us how to suffer fools when they give a person the pips.
Although I agree that a positive attitude is powerful, this book did little to help me get one.

Roger's books , all of them are really great. I knew him personally for a few years until his death from cancer. He was an intelligent man who never held back on his belief and views. He wrote so many books and continued to write until in his 80's. His mind was sharper than most people in their 20's. He put his heart and soul into every book he wrote and was a very successful man who loved his family more than life itself.

This is an amazing self help book by Roger Fritz, it tells you the deficiencies in your attitude towards your boss, you coworkers, your employees, your friends or even with people you met for the first time. It takes a small survey for almost in every chapter and based on the survey, tells you about yourself and your attitude towards the people around you and how to fix the negatives. I haven't finished the whole book yet, but I can tell that this has helped me.
